Evening clerk evidently did not know how to handle Priceline reservations. Made me sign charge slip for full price of room. Supposedly corrected by manager next day, but will wait to see credit card bill.Excellent location near Rt. 22 and ABE airport; easy to get into and out of. Relatively new construction so condition is still good. Room was large, not lavishly appointed but practical, comfortable, and clean.
It's location to the job was very good. Amenities were few but acceptable.
The staff, very polite and helpful.
No.Great location, easy to find. Reasonably priced. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean, nice sized rooms. Great access to major highways.
Price for what I got.
No.Room was big. Liked the kitchen.
Nice small working kitchen.
Some appliances were not plugged in or functional.Quiet, clean, and cozy. It seemed as though they were still working on completing the building and it's surroundings. I'm sure it is just a matter of time until they are finished. Very nice for the most part. I would recommend this to a friend.
First room I was given smelled HORRIBLE. And someone from the front desk actually went up to see if it was ready! On the flip side, I was given another room upon request which was fine.Location is good. Rooms are ok but could definitely use some updating. Bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was more than sufficient.
I liked that when we checked in that we were accomodated with 2 beds and a nonsmoking room.
The door to the bathroom is a big door and is situated next to the entry door. When we first went into the room, my wife accidently pinned my hand between the bathroom door and entry door to the room hurting my hand. The room was clean and the staff were nice. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. Not alot of channels on the TV though. I don't mind that housekeeping doesn't come each day. Actually I prefer the privacy.
stuck in a smoking room, and the only non-smoking option they had was only available because somebody requested to be moved out of it, due to a sewage odor. I could choose a room that smelled like an old bowling ally or a toilet. The hotel double charged my credit card. I booked thru priceline, and got billed by both priceline and the extended stay. Be careful!
closeness to highway.
Lack of tv channels or business center. There was 1 cartoon channel multiple sports channels and no movie channels. The staff was very nice. there were few amenities. The breakfast was delayed although I do not consider oatmeal bars or bags of oatmeal and poor quality fruit to be breakfast. I had to ask taht the coffee be replaced as it was empty with more than 12 people waiting for it. Highwasy convenience was the only perk the hotel had. The fridge, microwave sink/kitchen was very nice but a cramped room for all that equipment unless you were there for a while. There was no food available to even purchase that was close more than a mile away.
THE ENTIRE HOTEL REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTEDA NON SMOKING ROOM THERE WAS AN ASHTRAY ON THE TABLE. NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK. THERE WAS NO BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM. WE CHECKED OUT 2 HOURS AFTER ARRIVING DUE TO THE BAD ODOR.THE HOTEL WAS LOW QUALITY WITH RESONABLE ACCESS TO BETHLEHEM. THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS PLEASANT. POOR ATTENDANCE AT THE FRONT DESK. SMELLS OF CIGARETTES
