This is a lodge located in the San Bernadino Mountains in Big Bear Lake California . Offering a choice of motel units or 1 or 2 bedroom individual cottages on 1.4 acres . Starting at $79.00 mid-week (Sun - Thursday non-holiday )All units are non-smokng selected units are pet friendly , all units equiped with your basic household needs the cottages have wood-burning fireplaces for you enjoyment on cold nights. Units sleep 1-7 people depending on unit .
We are located close to many activitites -horsebackriding, boating ,fishing , hiking, shopping , water slide, snowboarding, restaurants, and many other activites located within 10 miles . On site we have a seasonal pool, wireless internet , iron and ironing board available , hairdryers available , community bbq area, horseshoepit, sand vollleyball, faxes sent for free, cab service can always be arranged , Units are available for nighly or weekly rental
We are centrally located to many of the activites our mountain community has to offer. Aapproximatly 3 miles east of the dam from Highway 330 , less than 200 yards from the lake for your fishing and boating pleasure , 5 minutes from many other adventures . We are across the street from the Log Cabin Restaurant

There is a refundable security deposit requiired , non refundable pet cleaning fee and refundable pet security . A Guest Policy must be read and signed upon check-in. The number of guest is how we select a unit to accomadate your party when registering unregistered guest maybe charged a fee and/or all guest will be ask to leave and monies forfieted . This disclousre also goes for undisclosed pets as selected units are pet friendly .
Cancellation Policy- must be receeived with in 21 days of scheduled check-in , this will result in a fee of $50.00 . Any thing less than 21 days cancellation may result in forfieter of all deposits and are non-refundable . Short-term reservations are non-refundable ,however this amount maybe applied to a future stay within 45 days of cancellation . If we are unable to rebook the room there will be a charge of 1 night due to the fact cancelllations affect us greatly.
