The rooms were clean, staff was great, and the pool area was very enjoyable.
Access to pool area is a little out of the way
Everything was flawless. Had the best time with a group of friends. Only a short drive from pensacola florida I'm sure we will be back again someday for more fun! Thanks IP
Didn't care for the smoking environment.
The stay was pleasant. The water was shut off for a while and the Hotel gave each room complementary drinking water. The people working there all all friendly........ Like family.
Parts of the Casino were cold. (felt like below zero)
Nice size casino, good location
The ac in our room wasn't working properly so it was very stuffy. There was also construction on the floor above us and the whole hallway smelled like paint.
Valet not organized, something was wrong with the tv in bedroom, ongoing construction
I hated the whole casino and hotel
The entire place smelled like I was walking through an ashtray mixed with bathroom air fresheners. There were acutual bathroom style airfresheners in ever elevator.
The experience staying at the IP was great. The pool area was awesome
Room was nice
Valet staff was not nice or welcoming.
The room was nice, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and the restaurants were pretty nice.
The casino managers and security managers are misogynistic pieces of crap. I was told to put pants on by a casino security manager AFTER I had left the casino. This "man" did not reference a dress code or any other code of conduct (nor is one posted in the casino or on the website). I was extremely offended by his approach and his comments. I can guarantee I will not return to any Boyd-owned gaming hotel EVER as the hypocrisy is staggering: the cocktail waitresses wear corsets so skimpy and tight I really do not see how shorts are that much more disturbing that I would be held accountable for the secuirty "man"ager's inability to control his desires.
Did like the resort and would probably go back again, just book through someone other than KAYAK.
DO NOT like KAYAK policies, will not use again.
I thought the Chill Lounge was great! Had a great band and DJ the night we went, and it was ladies night, so ladies drank for free! Awesome! The spa was absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely will be back!
The elevators are a bit confusing.
price staff hospitality
It is a casino with many good restaurants on site. Its always nice to be able to play till the wee hours of the morning and then stumble up to your room and crash.
I think that the new ownership of this facility are still trying to fine tune their programs. Ever since they have taken over it seems the facility has gone downhill. 1. The beds are terrible. Very hard mattresses with very fluffy soft pillows lead to complete discomfort for the entire night. 2. Either they have cut the wait staff in the casino or they have implemented a slow down policy at getting drinks out. I did see a number of waiters with completely full trays. One of the dealers mentioned management was trying to cut down on drinks, not sure if that's legit, but I do know it was very annoying. 3. Under the previous ownership I could play for 4-6 hours and typically at least have enough comps to get a cheeseburger. I had two trips worth of points this time and barely scraped together $5. The new loyalty program is tough for the low level folks.
