Place stinks. Air-conditioning did not work well. Long long waits for elevator. Some have been broken for a while.

The staff is not friendly. The walls are very thin and can hear everything from the hollway and from the neighboring rooms, especially the showers and the toilets are so loude. The casino is the worst I ever visited. The waitresses are rude.

The lady that checked us in and out was great. Our rooms had a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. We were please all around. We were very happy with the prices that Kayak found for us.

This is the first time being disappointed at the IP. The room was clean as usual but the mattress was worn out and so concave you rolled right into the middle. The shower was clean but leaked everywhere which resulted in very low water pressure.
