Coming back to the hotel after thanksgiving to realize that the exits locks did NOT work, so my family and I (Along with anyone else who felt like it) were able to walk right in! Oh, and the poo smeared all over the shower curtain.... the pool was gross
Low price with everything you need last minute
Run down slightly but not enough to cause issues
Location was good. Pool was nice, but needed some cleaning and water was cloudy.
No light in the bathroom. Was there 2 nights made the complaint about light issues night one, was never fixed. Took showers by the LED lights on our cell phones all weekend.
The breakfast and comfortable bedding
Pool was VERY small, staff was not welcoming - practically non existent since I came down to the Front Desk several times and didn't see anyone
Missing drawers, light fixture didnt work
need complete inside renovation.walls, air conditions, room door, bathroom.
The ladyies at the front desk were very helpful and did what they couls to accommodate us.
It wasn't a clean hotel at all the whole place smelked like smoke and it was a smoke free hotel very disappointed my girlfriend was disgusted with the place the water was super cold for an indoor pool.
Great service and quiet so I could rest...
Outside hallways smelled like smoke..
Breakfast was a disappointment. Hotel could not accommodate number of people staying there. Food was sparse due to demand. Very crowded, should have a larger area for breakfast
Parking was excellent lighting was great
The rooms need to be updated tub need to be scrub more not enough towels in the room room had a bad smell to much chlorine in the pool poor exercise room only one machine works
I absolutely think this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had as they left me stranded due to bumping my reservation, and did not offer to help in anyway. The manager is also not returing my call.
The pool & breakfast
It needs an upgrade, smells like old people, the bed was uncomfortable (I was sinking in the middle) woke up with back pains. The bathroom door was squeeking. The carpet was dingy. The fridge door didn't open all the way. Needs a lot of improvement.
The carpet was so dirty, my socks actually stuck to it. It also had a wet cat odor.
Bathroom was broken.
Nothing this time.
Doors slamming all night long!
They reserved my room upon my request for a late arrival. I appreciated that help. Check-in and check-out were fine.
Everything is dilapidated, from the carpet and the bedspread to the bathroom fixtures. It's actually disgusting.
There was a roach in the bathtub. It was not located in a safe area. The safety lock was broken on the door, so I was not at ease all night. And the worst thing was, I heard every single word the man and his wife said to each other for four hours straight
Convenience off the highway
Light in bathroom didn't work; pillows flat; very plain room interior
Location. Friendly staff.
Hotel is been outdated for quite sometime now. Old furniture in a room. Air condition smelled a bit totally outdated. Bathrooms need change over big time.
