This place and kayak are horrible. First, when I booked the room it switched days on me and I didn’t realize it did this until after I clicked book. Then, even though it said it was free to cancel I was informed I was too late to cancel. I tried canceling after the wrong date was put in but couldn’t get anyone to answer their phone and when someone did answer it was a recording. I couldn’t find anyone on line either on my phone to cancel. I finally decided to wait until I got home which of course said I was too late to cancel. Most places give you 24 hours but this cheap company and hotel charged me the entire stay even though I had tried to cancel. This cancellation effort took place 3 days before the date they had plugged in for me. I’m going to contact the cc company and fight this. However, BUYER BEWARE… DO NOT USE THIS SITE (Kayak or Kayaks partners) OR HOTEL. ITS ALL A HUGE RIP OFF.
Cons:Small inconvenience: they had switched cable providers, and had neither a channel guide on the television nor a hard copy. Bigger inconvenience: the air-freshener used by the housekeeping staff was positively nauseating; smelled like one of those 'urinal cakes" found in public restrooms - irritating and harsh, and definitely made it difficult to sleep.
Pros:Nice clean room with a choice of firm and soft pillows. The pool was really clean and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were even able to wash clothes while we were there. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine in the room which was really nice. It was very quiet and easy to get to sleep.
Cons:The pool was smaller than we expected but was big enough for the family to enjoy. There was no hot tub. There was no ATM in the hotel so we had to run to the gas station.t he toilet was an eco friendly toilet however it seemed like we had to flush more then a non eco toilet. Overall it was a great stay.
Cons:Room was very dated. Thick ring of caulking around tub tile toilet. Caulking over caulking doesn't make it clean. With tiles popping up and have been liquid nailed down. They have posters saying upgrades in process but they shouldn't be advertising remodeled pictures and give you old room. And still charge premium price for old room
