Interior design, very Art Deco modern chic
Parking cost $40The hotel was lovely. We were offered a glass of champagne upon check in. The lobby was beautiful, the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We had a balcony, which was a great suprise, because all hotels in Boston are non smoking. The decore was fabulous. Loved the hounds tooth chaise lounge and interesting lamps. Even the room service we ordered was good! We will be back!
The floor in the bathroom was cold so the slippers really came in handy! The robe was also super comfy and warm. The pool was great for doing laps.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was formerly The Radison Hotel where we had stayed a few years ago. It has been completely updated and you would never know that you were in the same spot. Wonderful hotel & staff.
welcome champagne !
overnight parking price and concrete on my car the next day :(
Room was an upscale suite. Very nice interior design and great view of Boston Common from the balcony. Would love to stay there again when the weather is warmer. Hotel is a great location for parking, restaurants and T stop. Made our trip more enjoyable.
Only complaint was the lighting in the bedroom. No light in the ceiling. Only low level task lighting.
Bed was very comfortable
Many things-see the reviewWe stayed there for 3 nights. Although the lobby is fancy nothing else is. Bathroom wasn't that clean. The water facet/handles were so dirty I cleaned it myself. Shower water pressure was very low, taking a shower was a nightmare. Staff were shouting in the hallway. internet speed was often getting super low or disconnected. The tissue box had only 2 sheets in it when we arrived. I did not like the hotel for sure.
They allowed my husband to check in very early in the morning, which was much appreciated after his lenghty journey. He arrived by train to meet me in Boston, but I was not joining him until the late afternoon/early evening.
In the lobby area the staff was not very visible, tucked away in corners...as if they were trying to avoid interaction.
Comfortable rooms. Good, convenient location.
Read a lot about the Rooftop and the Theatre, and the Rooftop was closed and there were no events in the theatre during my 5 night stay.
The location in the theatre district was convenient to where we wanted to go.
Proximity to everything was fantastic!
$40 a day for parkingHotel was nice, more of an uptown modern feel. Loved the skoah amenities and the fact that everything was within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in the city.
