The front staff and manager were extremely accomodating after having a 2 hour tiff with the booking company I used (Get a Room, you were terrible). The room was clean and contemporary which me and my guests enjoyed. For the price, it was reasonable due to the location right next to the commons and for a saturday night in Boston. Wifi was free and they had speakers to hook up an iPad to play music.
Parking was $50 for valet. ~$40 in the surrounding parking lots for overnight.
highly service-oriented staff, modern and luxurious styled rooms, rather 5 than 4 stars for the rooms - you feel comfortable in this hotel
bathroom: open wall to the room, no bath tube in the single-bed rooms
The hotel was very luxurious and modern. Room was extremely clean. Overall great experiance. I would recommend this hotel too others.
The rooms are a bit pricey.
Brand new hotel
Staff are not up to the W standard
I found the overall experience of staying in the W very relaxing and comfortable.
The w never disappoints. I had quite a pleasant and extraordinary stay.
location, comfort, quiet
overnight parking does not have to be this expensive
