I hated the entire experience.
It was filthy...disgusting!
toe nails in drawer next to bed. no toiletpaper .loud refrigerator.good parking
The room(s) were much bigger than expected, and clean. Nice staff. 2 big TVs to unwind after a long day in Atlanta. Convenient location.
Thin walls. Hard and pretty uncomfortable bed. A/C only in living space, so bedroom got a tad warm.I don't really understand why this hotel has gotten such terrible reviews... The rooms truly were suites, with a separate bedroom that you could close off, which was really nice. The hotel was very clean(yes, the hall carpets could do with replacing, but the rooms were clean!) I was pleasantly surprised overall. To me, the only downsides were the bed(highly uncomfortable, but I still slept!) and the walls were kinda on the thin side... I would stay again though!
The front desk lady, Kim was awesome. The room we got thru Priceline was the smallest they had and only slept two. She put us on a list for a bigger room and it bacame available the next day. My family of four had plenty of room in the upgraded room.
The breakfast was only muffins, toast, and oatmeal.
Close to the major highway
Not very well kept - carpet, walls looked to be unclean. For over XXX a night, certainly not what I expected.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that they definitely had my best interests at heart.
Parking plentiful and access to the building.
Only one full/queen bed for three people with no other option but one old straight chair, no rollaway or sofa to stretch out on. Hostess said nothing whatsoever available to sleep on.There for the shortest stay possible. We had no other reason to complain, but did have an open door to the linen/soap/toiletries room which made an unattractive opening from a main hallway. It was just a supply room for what a 'guest' might need. We could have 'helped ourselves' but there was nothing we wanted.
The location was great
Housekeeping doesn't do a very good at cleaning the room for new guests. There was food and beer left in the refrigerator and trash left in the cupboards. The room could of used a good dusting too because I could write my name in the dust. For a 2 1/2 star hotel, it was at least in a very nice location. I had reviewed what others had written about their experiences at this hotel, so I kinda knew what I getting into. The Breakfast bar was pitiful looking too. It was not all bad though and if I need to stay there again, I would for the price I got it for.
