Cons:Open 24 hours but airport shuttle doesn't run 24 hours.
Pros:I got a better car for the same price because the car I booked wasn’t ready for pick up for the time I requested))

Cons:The customer service (especially special reservations department) is super super rude. Unbelievable what I had to go through on the day of my wife's birthday, and anniversary. We had to deal with them all day to extend and they even took advantage of it and charged us double what had been paying for 4 months !!! I'm going to report them to BBB, ive never been so infuriated with a company before . They need to hire more emphatic call center employees
Pros:Car was fine
Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to get from airport to Budget and back to airport after trip was smooth and easy. Needed an 8 seater and they had one perfect for our needs.
Cons:I was easily able to reach the main Budget operators, but despite calling several times, I was unable to reach anyone at the PBI Airport Budget rental office. Our reservation was for a Premium SUV that seats 7/8. I tried to call to let them know we had 8 in our party and wanted to make sure they had a vehicle that would seat all 8, but was never able to confirm. Price was great, so we kept the reservation and fortunately, they had a car that was perfect, but would have been nice to not have to worry that they may not. Otherwise, good experience.
Pros:The shuttle bus was not running. Although they confirmed the shuttle buses run 24 hrs. We had to take a taxi to the rental location. Only to have to wait 1 hour for someone to arrive and provide us a rental.
Cons:Everything.
Pros:KIA a roomy car. { counter people ok at PBI)
Cons:very unhappy to not reach AVIS or BUDGET when I found the front tire flat. felt like the counter personnel pushed for budget insurance and did not have confidence in VALUE OF KAYAK
