Pros:Our agent at check in was masterful getting us a good price and good car
Pros:Pricing and drop off at Daytona Beach Airport was good.......
Cons:Pickup in Palm Beach Airport slow to process and get customer service. Took too long....... Getting out of the parking lot was terrible ! One guy working and took forever.... Please correct this. This is Palm Beach and should be the ultimate experience..... Very disappointed !!!

Pros:We had a mobility scooter and much luggage and the return attendant was very helpful in driving us directly to the terminal in our rental car rather than the very tedious exercise of having to load and unload from a shuttle bus.
Cons:When I checked in, the desk person told me I would not be able to get a standard car with 4 doors, and I needed to upgrade to a full. I did that and when I got to the lot, there were many many 4 door standard cars. I felt scammed.
Cons:I told the agent to enter my Southwest points for the rental. He told me he did, but later I found out that it wasn't done and he could not do it. don't tell someone you did it when it wasn't done
