Cons:Very nice personable and priofessional staff.
Pros:Car was fine.
Cons:Shuttle pick up and registration slow.
Pros:The front desk person was polite and friendly.
Cons:They did not have the car we ordered because, according to the sales person, when your site offers us a car from them, there is no check to see if they actually have the car in stock.
Cons:At counter I was advised there was $6.95 mandatory daily add on charge for road side pick up. I was forced to pay. I should have known that ahead of time and I would have chooses another agency

Cons:Upon checking in I was told they did not have the size car that I reserved. When I asked what was the reason for reserving a car if your not going to get it. I was told that KAYAK overbooks cars all of the time. I was then placed in larger vehicle, making it more than what I wanted to spend. It sucks having to pay for double than what you budget for.
Cons:Incompetent at the counter. Not enough agents or cleaners. Car had only 1/2 full tank and had to tell them to fill it up before we left. Will NEVER use Payless again.
Pros:Staff was extremely rude. Took two hrs to check in only one person working the desk and he was soo rude and moved as slow as a turtle.
