Pros:We picked up the car at midnight on a weekday. Great attitude by the counter staff, provided me with all the options for the class I selected, and offered us bottled water when we told them we have a long drive ahead of us. Also, the car was in great shape despite the high mileage (high mileage is typical for most car rentals in Greece so I was not surprised). Overall, a great experience. I will rent again from Budget in ATH.
Cons:The walk from the terminal to the rental car area out in the cold. Nothing to do with Budget. Also, the drop off signs at the airport need improvement; it is very easy to miss them.

Cons:We recieved a very low grade gps unit it could not identify even the drop-off point the Thessaloniki airport. In addition from i could understand we received a different class car than the one we ordered. The was great but smaller than we ordered.

Pros:I was quoted one price then they doubled my charge for checking in after a certain hour when I was there at 11pm to get car. Terrible business.

Cons:When i made the initial car booking, it was for an Audi A3. However, when i git there, they initially tried to give me a mini cooper which was not big enough for the 5 passengers and luggage we had. They then assigned me a Peugot. By that time, i had waited in line for some time and i did not want t

Pros:couldn't believe the price and the vehicle they gave us at the athens airport. was suppose to be a Jimmy and they gave us a 5 passenger Skoda with tons of trunk space for luggage. The people at Budget were so amazing. would not hesitate to rent from them again and do it through Kayak!
