Not a fan! On my way to pick up the rental car, I received a call stating there was no car available, sorry for the inconvenience. The reservation system was not accurately reported available cars at the location.

They gave me an SUV hybrid vehicle, which I could never figure out how to operate properly I asked for a standard economy car and I guess they thought they were doing me a favor bio I didn’t understand the car very well

The car was fine, but the staffing of the rental counter was horrific. I walked up there and it was the only counter that had a line. The other rental car companies had very short or no lines. It took one hour of standing in line until I got up to the counter. I complained and the lady said, "yesterday the line was 3 hours." She said it in a way I guess to make me feel better or lucky. All it did was reinforce how poorly run the Pittsburgh International Airport Avis/Budget counter it. If you regularly have long lines then you need to adjust how you run your business. Never again will I rent from them when flying through Pittsburgh and I'll be very hesitant to rent from them period. Why risk having to wait 1-3 hours?

The agent at the counter would not rent me the car without selling me insurance for €30/day despite me having adequate insurance through my credit card. Everyone else before and after me in the lineup experienced the same. I had not pre-payed so I walked away and used another rental company at the airport. There was no mention of being obligated to purchase their additional insurance when I made the booking.

The first car they were about to put us in - the front tires didn’t have any treads left on them. Luckily they put us in another vehicle of equal value with no issue. However, the worker couldn’t give me a receipt because her printer was broken. She said she would email me one, but I never received one until we returned the car in Atlanta.

There was just one person at the counter with a long line. Nobody came to help him. The car I received was dirty.

Information about needing a credit card was not provided when using debit card to reserve. I was unable to pick up the car and was not refunded for insurance. Everyone I've talked to to resolved the issue was extremely hard to understand and had no intention of helping I was transferred to multiple different people who weren't who I needed to be taking to. It honestly feels like your whole business is a scam.
