It was a very good hotel with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed as usual.
There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom and it got really steamy.
Staff was really nice.
Could use some upgrading on carpets and some of room interior.
Hot tub and pool availability 24/7
Great staff, Breakfeast was very good. I would recomend this hotel to a friend.
we stayed two days and we had no complaints!
It was the only one in the area with a room available.
Room nice, desk very helpful, maid very nice
Air conditioning didn't get that cold, neither did the fridge (rm 316) Breakfast was good, but buffet line was not organized well, and no place to set your plate. Would have liked iced tea.
Love the free hot breakfast.
Double beds are small, would have loved a king room.
the bed and pillows were very comfortable! spacious room with mini fridge and microwave
smoking rooms! we didn't know these even existed anymore. unfortunately our room was smoking and the hotel was full so we were unable to change rooms
Proximity to the Six Pillar Century Ride starting point.
Great staff!! Clean room and nice breakfast in the morning. Would stay again
Location. Breakfast. The front desk had a list of things to do in Cambridge.
We checked in day after Valentines Day ...the room had a few rose petals on the floor ans chair. I assume left over from night before....
breakfast was great, indoor swimming pool was nice.
Wifi signal was a little weak in my room on the first floor.
The room was much larger than the one we usually stay in at the Hampton Inn. The staff was great. Everything about the Holiday Inn was great!
I regularly travel to Cambridge on business and have found the Holiday Inn Express to be the best hotel to stay at. Sure, the Hyatt is nice too, however, it certainly is not affordable with rates upwards of * per night that do not include breakfast. The Holiday Inn Express is about half the price and has all of the ammenities that I need (pool/hot tub, free high speed, etc.) great rooms, very friendly staff, better/easier to get to location than some of the other hotels and free hot breakfast that is much better than the other limited service properties in Cambridge. Also, I like that they have a ton of cable channels. For me, this is the best value in the area and I would definitely recommend it to any business travelor or family.
Very friendly staff. While eating the continental breakfast a hotel worker (not sure if manager) brought us water & ask where we were headed. He then brought over a map for the next county we were headed to and gave us some suggestions to visit. We took the ferry he recommended and had a great trip. It's refreshing to talk to people who so obviously enjoy their jobs.
