Cons:I reserved a nonsmoking room and was provided a smoking room on the ground floor. Room door did not have a seal on b ottom which left a one/two inch gap from floor. Left cold draft and smoke enter the room. The hotel was supposedly full and no other accomodation could be provided. The lobby power outlets were covered and not available for use by guests. Very inconvenient when only one desktop is available for business use. Housekeeping was persistent and continually knocked on door after she was notified of my late checkout. Major disturbance given my checkin was after well after 12am and I had attempted a business call from the room. As a frequent business traveler I was frustrated with several situations which led to my brief stay. I later checked out and sought other accommodations. Pros:Clean and had a modern touch - seems to have been renovated in recent years. Comfortable lobby area and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:It's a relatively basic hotel, but we had no complaints!
