Customer service, the spaciousness of the room. The sound proofing, couldn't hear much noise outside room.
Nothing not to like
I really wanted to hang out by the pool and it did not have one
Evening staff was nice. Shopping nearby. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was excellent.
Weekend staff not as pleasant. More laundry centers needed.
Very convenient to Andrews AFB.
Not near metro.
Had problems with the keycard to the room. It didn't work until the 5th try.
The cleanliness on site security professional staff
Breakfast was bad
I liked the price, but the room wasnt really what I was expecting. The carpet was pretty dirty and the phone in the room was dead. There were no reachable plug outlets. A few of the lamps were not plugged up because it wasnt any outlets near.

Nothing totally disappointed. Doors had no springs and slammed all night when folks entered and left their room. Smelled smoke in hallways that smelled like uncontrolled substances. Heard cars all night since room was located directly behind Beltway.
The room carpet was stained with red spots that appeared to be dried blood throughout the entire room and on the lounge chair. We were there for Valentine's night. It was a complete nightmare. We were told upon check in that the room was just renovated.
It was a smoking room there were no ashtrays. .plus there was no remote for the television Had to call downstairs and get one also the toilet did not work it never flush
great customer service for the environment very professional
Great staff and service no complaints
No issues one of my best experiences ever
Location and Price staff was the best
Location and the hotel was pet friendly.
Needs elevator had to climb lots of stairs.
The night manager, front desk and house keeping staff are great! The general manager.... not so much. Suggested I was lying when I had his night manager 'bag and tag' a bed bug that landed right next to me while working on an email while lounging in bed. I've never wished a bug was a roach so badly in my life! Google images soon confirmed my fears -- it was a bed bug. After two attempts, the awesome night manager found me a good room. The next day the manager tried to tell me the bug was not a bed bug (wish I kept the specimen) and offered no remorse whatsoever. I called the national 800 number and brought them up to speed on the events. These inns are individually owned. The chain itself is generally pretty good. That said, DON'T stay here until the redo the place. Night Rider was on the air when this place had its last make-over. PS: The wife made me toss out my bags, freeze all my stuff and wash all my cloths on extra hot :)
This was a great hotel. The room was clean and stocked up with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Clean and clean smelling sheets and blankets. Nice fitness center that we used daily. Delicious breakfast that offered a good assortment of foods and beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. We felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel and would definately recomend this place to anybody. Next time we come to the area, we will still here again.
Stay at this hotel on September 6th, was very nice, staff were very helpful, didnt find noise levels bad at all was very quite, moring traffic was a little heavy, excellent breakfast bar they even had free Espresso, Cappucino, and cafe latte, very cool, could use flat screen here instead of big 32 inch tv's but you cant have everything, over it was a nice hotel, very good price
The staff were very nice, the room was comfortable, the breakfast bar was also good. It is a bit awkward to get to depending on the direction one is driving from. It is in a very noisy area. We were awaken two out of the three nights with people in front of the hotel yelling around as if it was noontime! It is better to have a room on the backside which is not as scenery.
