Clean, convenient location.
Furniture need some renewal.Coffee machine, chairs...
Security at night
Wanted a king bed got 2 twin beds. They said free breakfast, it was a cinnamon roll or toast.
the making a conscious effort to improve the hotel have parents both outside and inside the rooms
too many young kids having parties
Everything was ok
THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS IN. THE CLEANING STAFF WAS EXCELLENT.
I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE ENCOUNTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE ATS ITS WORST. THE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE. I STAYED ALL FIVE DAYS WITH THE FIRE ALARM BATTERY LOW AND CONTINUTING TO MAKE THAT ANNOYING NOISE, ONE OF MY LIGHTS OUT AND MY TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK.
I don't like how the room look run down and bathroom
I didn't like the security guard the likes to treat the gas like their children Tony I'm to go into that room I did not like the males that works in the evening who sleeps behind the desk instead of making sure the guest's are safe
Table legs coming off table..... Graffiti written on comforter..... Kids running over my head all kite..
there's not too much to like about this hotel at Camp springsyou get what you pay for low budget for service rude night staff roaches and shoddy wiring mold in the bathrooms all the rooms are not equipped with all the amenities. Thats for starters
I didn't like the rudeness of one of the night staff according to him and his rules a veteran's service connected disability card issued by the United States government is not a valid ID the lobby. some of the male staff at night will sleep office
it's cheap you get what you pay for
some of the night time staff were very rude they don't accept our veterans va service connected disability card as a valid government ID but did says property of the US government
Everything neat clean and actually quiet this time around
The staff could be a little nicer
For a 1 star hotel everything thing was on place and well clean
Dirty rooms, unsafe electril wireing, hair in clean linen, rude staff, unclean eating area's
I LIKED THAT THIS ROOM WAS SO CLEAN I KINDA FELT AT HOME
I DIDNT LIKE THE STAFF THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE THE GUY THAT WAS AT THE FRONT DESK WAS KINDA WEIRD
That the system was slow and the fax was in another building. I waited almost 45min before I had a resolution.
Closeness to Andrews AFB and public transportation
Appearance of the nearby community
The only thing honestly was the bath room it was nice and clean
I did not like a lot of things the phone did not work the sockets didn't work there was holes in the blankets and could hear everything next door like they were having a party.
I did really like much about it. I guess the overall best thing is that it's not highly expensive. Its cheap.
The staff was rude. I was hung up on twice by the front desk over a WiFi password. No one spoke English but Gene and a few others who I've seen from a distance.
Price, microwave, refrigerator.the room was usually playing by 12 noon everyday.
wallpaper could have been cleaner, also the towels
The location was the best thing offered by this hotel.
The hotel staff was in training..it took 20 minutes to get the key for my room that I already paid for...the room smelled of cigarettes...the bathroom door needed repair badly.
The pool across the street.
Just laid back !! It was great !! Thank you .
The room is much more cleaner than the 'Days inn ' which is right next door.
Just not a strong enough internet signal .
Room was very clean.
They lost my reservation and double charged me for the room. I will never book with priceline or super 8 again.
Location to major highway was a big plus.
confusion cause by it being behind another hotel. The signage made it appear that both hotels were one.
The hotel was the absolute worst. The cleaness was awful when I turned on my shower for the first time a lot of particals came up from the drain also the side of shower had a brown residue on it. needless to say I bathed at the sink for the remainder of my stay. The customer service wasn't the best neither when I went to check in the lady didn't even check my ID I thought that was odd, the continental breakfast was absolutely a sugary disaster. I m not diabetic but I felt as if I was going to go into a diabetic coma. This is a great party hotel but as for staying the night no!
it was decent
everything was okay
Hotel location wazs great, the staff was very disrespectful, and the room was not clean at check-in. Staff ignored my request for no room service, dead fly smashed on window my entire stay, and denied access to coffee at 5:55. My meeting was jnterupted.
Yes, see above statement.
It was convenient to where we needed to be the following day. Hotel was easy to find and close to various conveniences.
Neighborhood was not the greatest. Non-smoking rooms were on the back side of the motel where the parking lot was poorly lit. Breakfast was sparse, and there was no coffee available after 9 am. Call from front desk at 10:30 am asking if we were leaving.
im not never going back to that hotel the man at the front desk did not know what he was doing he wanted to see my credit card after priceline already charge my credit card and then he said call priceline and threw my id at me so disrepectful
the room stink so bad the badroom door was broke and roaches was running around
I would not recommend this hotel. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the comforter. The bedding needs serious updating. The bathroom had nice granite counter tops and new shower and toilet, but the bathroom door looked like someone tried to scratch their way out. The paint was all flaking off. There were wires exposed by the baseboards. The breakfast was a joke. Tiny little room with not very much variety. We had to ask for more milk and bread and the guy didn't seem too happy to help us.
Good stay, The wifi is scetchy. Staff did not inform me of the log in process or the security protocols at check in. But that was my only beef. Well pleased with value and location
The lady at the front desk acted like it was a huge inconvenience to check us in. I had to have the key re-coded 4 times in two days.
It was a quiet stay with most of our lodging needs taken care of. I needed it quiet because I was in a chess tournament. No major problems that I can think of. There wasn't enough cofee. I remember wishing that I could have an extra cup or two of Joe. I think the staff was basically polite and courteous. The cleaning crew was discreet and understanding. It wasn't the greatest place to stay but affordable and quiet which is what I needed. I would recommend the stay if you're low on funds and need a cheep and quiet room.
The hotel room itself was nice. But the Indian woman that was there was rude to my mother. I had payed for an extra day and she said she didn't accept that. I gave an Indian man the money for the room for 1 extra night. Why didn't the man tell the woman that? Why did she give my mom a hard time about our staying one more night. I was annoyed. Also there was a Motel 6 two blocks away that was $*** per night. It was cheaper and I was annoyed that travel website didn't give me that room for that ammount.
The women in the office were rude from the moment we walked in. One was on the phone and the other found our presence intrusive in her day. She grudingly checked us in-giving us a different room from the one we had reserved in advance. The breakfast that was offered turned out to be in a different motel that was up the road from this Super 8, a fact not made known to us when we reserved the room. We would never stay in a Super 8 again anywhere. We went to the Finger Lakes region of NY in July, 2007 and did not look at the Super 8 motels in the area at all.
For the most part this is a good motel. Close to hyway.
