Pool was closed for repairs.
Mold in bathtub. Odor was present.
Beds were very comfortable
I chose it for the location
I cannot even begin the list of monetary screw ups the front desk made. I still have unauthorized charges pending from them that I've had to go through my bank to file claims on.
Friendly staff and decent sized room
Minor housekeeping flaws. No trash bag in the can and room had 2 conditioners and no shampoo.
Decor and the kind staff
Jets in hot tub weren't eorking
Staff was friendly--rooms were super clean and had the best continental breakfast ever.
It really was a great experience for me and my girl-friend
Love the design and layout of the hotel.
Breakfast was cut off before nine, I was told that I should go somewhere else for breakfast at five minutes til nine.
Room was fresh and clean
The only problem was the breakfast - they were out of sausage, juice, chocolate milk and coffee
Great bed and excellent breakfast!
Ffriendly, courteous, helpful staff. clean rooms, comfortable beds.Tthe continental breakfast was better than most hotels.
can't think of anything
Good breakfast. Items vary from fruit to sausage and eggs, something for every diet.
Yes, they give the Priceline customers the worst rooms. Mine was next to the elevator even though the hotel was 50% vacant.
Front desk staff very unfriendly.
unfriendly staff at check in.
The staff was the best compared to any other staff.
Was lead to believe waffles would be offered with breakfast, but was told not anymore.
it was very good i would stay there again. the breakfast could have been a little better.
We were passing through town on I75 coming back to Illinois from Florida. On the way down, we stayed at the Holiday Inn which was also in Cartersville. Hands down, there was no comparison, the Fairfield was MUCH nicer and more economical! It was the cleanest, most modern hotel that I've seen in a long time! We stayed in a king suite ($*/night) and it was $* cheaper than the king suite that we had stayed in at Holiday Inn. Before I departed the Fairfield I intended to complement management on how pleased that I was with our stay. Finding them was a crap shoot, as we were searching for hotels in the Carterville area and they were the first one that we called. The price was right so we booked the room while we were about 2 hours away. It's very obvious that they take tremendous pride in keeping their hotel clean. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for alot of 'bang for their buck'!
Stayed 1 nite. New with new updated design and colors. Great lighting in suite 222. Super comfort and staff. Eat at Appalacian (sp?) Grill downtown - outstanding. Make resv or get there b4 6PM
