Long Term Parking

The two Long Term Parking lots are more than double the size of the Short Term Parking lot, but they are farther from the terminal. The Long Term lots accept credit or debit cards for payment. The first twenty minutes of parking is free and then each additional half hour is $1.25. There is a cap of $5 per day making the lot extremely affordable. This is the lowest priced parking lot in the airport, so most passengers choose Long Term Parking for their parking needs.

Short Term Airport Parking

Short Term Parking is located directly in front of the terminal and is the only other parking option on or near the airport grounds. Here the first twenty minutes of parking are free. After that thirty minutes will cost $1.50, an hour is $2.25, and each additional thirty minutes is an extra $1. The daily maximum charge in the Short Term Parking lot is $7.

Handicapped Parking

Many handicapped passengers find it easiest to use the Valet Parking option. The passengers can leave their car at the airport terminal entrance and have a Red Cap park their car for them. Red Caps can also help passengers with their baggage.

Airport Hotel Parking

Country Inn Cedar Rapids Airport is located about one mile from the airport. Other area hotels include the Cedar Rapids Econo Lodge, Four Points Cedar Rapids, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn Express. These hotels do have shuttles, some free, but generally do not advertise airport parking packages. Some hotels offer them from time to time, but generally only if requested.
