Pros (+) EVERYTHING! It was absolutely stunning-the property is amazing there, and the pools were extremely fun to swim in all day.
Cons (-) If they could incorporate a small continental breakfast, that would be nice.

Pros (+) Loved the lazy river pools and variety of restaurants. They let us check in early (9am) and upgraded us to a junior suite. Everyone we met were helpful and courteous. Will definitely be staying at more Omni properties in the future.

Pros (+) I feel horrible by the way they treated me never arrested sinks were plugged up air conditioner was not working properly and they told me that they had no rooms available because they were completely sold out and I booked a third-party

Pros (+) Very little, the ground appeared luxurious, however there was construction and there were unkept areas that need attention.
Cons (-) The pool area was a madhouse chairs were packed together, yet unavailable covered by towels unoccupied. Not enough tubes in lazy river. No supervision or coordination at the pool. The staff was unconcerned and unresponsive facility wide. Iwill not bother to return.
