Pros (+) Loved the lazy river pools and variety of restaurants. They let us check in early (9am) and upgraded us to a junior suite. Everyone we met were helpful and courteous. Will definitely be staying at more Omni properties in the future.

Cons (-) The pool area was a madhouse chairs were packed together, yet unavailable covered by towels unoccupied. Not enough tubes in lazy river. No supervision or coordination at the pool. The staff was unconcerned and unresponsive facility wide. Iwill not bother to return.
