The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.

The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom

one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains

Not enough legroom on flight. I was never offered the option of purchasing a seat with more legroom.

I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.

This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again

Aerilineas changed my airport from aero parque to Ezeiza and didn’t take care of my transport. Seats were mediocre and ground personal weren’t very helpful. Too bad that’s the only option to fly to El calafate. Bad service, bad company

Better snacks options for a 3.25 hour flight . There was only 1 choice - a fruit granola bar .

I liked the airport and aircraft crew. I disliked the fact that I and TSA pre check approved but this airline is not affiliated to the program. I was 4 hours befor departure and I barely made it to the gate. The airline does not allow to buy extra luggage online. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in my luggage I had to do another line to pay my luggage with another hour of waiting. Only one airline person to process payment. This is ridiculous and I saw so many elderly people struggling in line waiting long hours.

everything, disorganized, the flight was delayed an hour and twenty minutes without any explanation

Terrible, terrible, terrible

Boarding was efficient and painless. Food was not supplied. It will be good if some chips or biscuits can be provided.

no usb conector. i freeze out all the flight, 2 blankets were not enough, apparently air conditioning cannot be tune. a seat side of mine has to be move because water falls from the upper luggage compartment

I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad

It was ok for the most part, it is missing something

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.

Changed schedule without notice , canceled flight, mediocre competition, no help with the lost connecting flights.

Bare bones flight no entertainment minimal, if any food or beverage. warm beer only if you want a cocktail

Sky canceled our 8 am flight at 1 am. However Kiwi.com, who we used to book our flight (because sky airways online system would always give us an error message when we entered our payment information ) didn’t claim it was a cancellation but simply a 12.5 hour delay, and rescheduled our flight for 8:30 pm. This would have left us stuckk at the airport for 12.5 more hours, as we we staying at the Wyndham hotel at the airport. We were unable to request a refund this through kiwi because they don’t allow refunds for any schedule changes with less than 24 hours difference. Kayak and sky airline’s own websites showed the flight as cancelled. Only kiwi showed it as a very very very delayed flight. This way kiwi can keep our money. Ugh. We tried for hours to request a refund at the sky airlines website, but there was always an error at the very last step where you enter your refund credit card information. We ended up being forced to request refund vouchers which are good for 12 months but which we will likely never use. We ended up booking new flights with Latam airlines that got us out at 8:40 am. We will never use kiwi.com again.

my flight was canceled without reason or possibility of resuming another flight within the time frame of my trip I could not contact an adviser either by email or by telephone because no communication possible on the website I could not have the flight reimbursed I find this way of doing things by the company inadmissible I have lost €250 it is theft I do not recommend this company and I consider that you have not done your job because I have not obtained any help from your part

J’ai réservé avec Kayak. Sur mon billet de confirmation il était noté que j’avais droit à des bagages pour chaque passager mais on m’a fait payer 36 dolllars pour l’un des passagers.

Flight check in Lima to Cusco all went very smoothly and plane boarded on time. All in all a great experience for a low cost fare.

Don’t ever book with them. They are worse than Ryanair and you will end up paying more for the worse possible airline and deal with ignorant people who don’t know what “customer” is. Avoid at all costs

Pros: "We never got boarded!! They oversold the flight and al the passengers without seats are left in line with no explanation! And extremely rude people at the counters. I understand the issues going on these days but to not even acknowledge hen people are asking them when is the next flight, is unacceptable! I will never book this airline again and expect my money back for today's no go :("
Cons: "Don't work with this company! Sky Airlie is horrible customer service at the counters in Punta Arenas"
Pros: "Plane was boarded rear to front."
Cons: "Communication about which bag fees were required. Waaaay overpaid for bag fees."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Carry on forced check at door - same size I have used to fly on American and LATAM. Said nothing downstairs at baggage check, but then forced me to pay $30 at bording because they said it was too big. Pretty lousy. Also brief turbulence at the beginning and they closed the bathrooms for the rest of the smooth three hour flight."

The app told us that carry on luggage was included but we were made to pay for it again at the check in counter, making it a very expensive flight. Not happy

I was charged 168 soles for kids stroller. We have travelled across the world and have never charged for the stroller. Horrific airlines and the staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us board unless we pay the extra baggage cost. Never ever flying this airline and I would recommend the same for the others.

Avoid this airline. They are unprofessional. The captain left several passengers on ground due to covid restrictions which were never communicated. As a chilean, I am ashamed that this low level airline comes from my country. Remember this horrible brand and avoid it... Jetsmart

Cons: "The plane was cramped. It was difficult to fit even small, personal items under the seat, especially if you want to put your feet there, too."
Pros: "They rescheduled the flight to 12 hours prior and I wasn’t notified and showed up at airport and didn’t have a flight got stuck kiwi said they wouldn’t help me were so mean had to buy new flight wasting thousands of dollars"
Cons: "Everything"
Cons: "Several safety issues onboard: luggage put in unsafe places, seatbelt sign missing during landing, restroom doors flapping open during flight. No free water. No towels or toilet paper."
Pros: "Worst experience and kayak take responsibility. Plane delayed 7 hours without message and with confusing timing. Was still showing plane flight 331 still at 3pm but delayed till 10pm. Showing. Arrival to still be 6pm. Then delayed again without any indication. Huge problem I lost a lot"
Cons: "Let us know when there is delay and be responsible"
