The desk agents are rude and unhelpful. It almost as if they are mad in being there. My ticket showed I was allowed to have a bag up to 23kg however they made me pay overweight fees. The desk agent gave me the wrong gate so I missed the flight. I had to purchase a new ticket and they charged me for bauuage fees again. Worst experience ever

Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time

After our first Uber driver decided he didn’t want to take us to the airport, we found another one 15 min later. We arrived at the airport exactly 1 hour before the flight but after we had to be sent to the international counter, we were only 51 minutes before the flight. They wouldn’t let us even try to make the flight. When we went to customer service they charged $600 to change the flights - 2 tickets. What extortion. I was very disappointed.

Después de varias mentiras sobre el retraso del vuelo, finalmente nos hicieron abordar a ver si convencían, aún no se sabe si al copiloto o a las autoridades del aeropuerto, de poder despegar. A la 1:00 deciden cancelar el vuelo y empezó el desorden: no sabían qué hacer! Ni procedimientos, ni protocolos. La supervisora apenada, trataba de resolver el problema de todos los pasajeros. Finalmente nos mandaron a un "pésimo" hotel hasta el siguiente día. Muy mal .....

Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

KLM Is an impressive flying experience. We enjoyed the comfortable seats, the in-flight entertainment, and the food. The flight attendants are top notch as well.

The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience.

They changed, until I left, the boarding gate three times. They gave me 27 at the check in counter, after a while monitors sent us to 24, then they directed us to 27 again, then to 26 and finally to gate 29. First the delay was 2 and a half hours, then three, then 4, then 7 hours. I was traveling for one meeting from one day coming back the next afternoon. With the 7 hour delay, I'd have to go directly from the airport, after a horrible night, to my board meeting. It was a no go. I declined to travel and expect a full refund

una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.

My original flight was supposed to land at 8:55pm but I was notified that it had been changed to land closer to midnight which was a problem because my hotel closed at midnight. After talking to the customer service agent at the airport he told me the reason my flight had changed was because my original airplane was flying out of another airport and the only way to make the flight that I had booked was to take a cab ride to the other airport. What he didn't explain was that its a 45+ minute drive between the two airports and I only had about 1.5 hours to get my bag, get on the taxi, check in at the other airport, clear security AND customs. Somehow by the grace of god it all came together but it was certainly a harrowing experience, not to mention the $45 I lost in cab fares. I cannot recommend LAN/LATAM.

Flight was delayed with no explanation or proper update. Didn’t even give you a glass of water for a flight that was over three hours long (had to pay for everything). Booked it so people were cramped together while others had entire rows to themselves (on other flights I’ve been on flight attendants recognize this and help space out people). Horrible seats in general with no space and I am a very petite female and I felt uncomfortable. Horrible temperate control. Will not fly this airline again.

The paint color of the plane.

International flight, no alcohol available for purchase or free. The food served was a sandwich, cookie & mint. I have Celiac Disease & could not eat any of it besides the mint. The sandwich was two slices of bread with a slice of meat & some sort of cheese in between - looked dry & awful. The landing was not pleasant, I thought we crashed. Entertainment was not provided nor a USB plug.

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Segunda vez en una semana que me mojan , me derramaron cafe el vuelo anterior y hoy jugo de naranja. El espacio es muy pequeño y chocan los brazos cuando ofrecen bebida ; o el de adelante se mueve y bota todo encima ... un desastre, cero comodidad , la silla más dura que nunca y el espacio para las piernas, o sea, yo mido 1.74 y voy justa, que será para el resto de la población.. no por incluir una fila más hagan que todos vayamos incómodos ; y de la tripulación, nada que decir, solo me pasaron servilletas y me desearon suerte .. me gustaría algún tipo de compensación, porque , para más remate, llegamos más tarde de lo estimado.

On our way from Santiago to Buenos Aires we had to wait to pick up our suitcases hours due to a strike. On our way back, one of our suitcases got lost. I am still waiting fir Skype to contact us.. ( +2 days )

Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time

Flight was delayed with no explanation or proper update. Didn’t even give you a glass of water for a flight that was over three hours long (had to pay for everything). Booked it so people were cramped together while others had entire rows to themselves (on other flights I’ve been on flight attendants recognize this and help space out people). Horrible seats in general with no space and I am a very petite female and I felt uncomfortable. Horrible temperate control. Will not fly this airline again.

The paint color of the plane.

International flight, no alcohol available for purchase or free. The food served was a sandwich, cookie & mint. I have Celiac Disease & could not eat any of it besides the mint. The sandwich was two slices of bread with a slice of meat & some sort of cheese in between - looked dry & awful. The landing was not pleasant, I thought we crashed. Entertainment was not provided nor a USB plug.

Crew were very responsible and respectful.

At Ezeiza Airport the Aerolineas Argentinas attendants for the checking were too slow! Food/ dinner very poor. The flight/ pilot was good. Crew was good. At the JFK I have to wait almost 4 hours for the luggage!!

The entertainment choices were kind of lame. Luckily I brought my own device. Also, I’m 5’2 and even for me, there was very little leg room!
