I had an 9 hr layover continuing on to Ushuaia. I expected to have to get my luggage & do customs but I did not expect Aerolinas Argentinas to make me sit with all of my luggage for 7 hours in the entrance part of the airport before they would let us re-check our bags & get back in where there are seats. People were sitting on the floor everywhere.

This is the worst airline I have used in my 30 years of travel. The boarding process was an absolute nightmare with endless lines. It took 4 hrs to get to gate while in Bunoes Aires. Also, they change flight times and gates several times leading us to go to multiple gates. Never will fly this airline again
Aerilineas changed my airport from aero parque to Ezeiza and didn’t take care of my transport. Seats were mediocre and ground personal weren’t very helpful. Too bad that’s the only option to fly to El calafate. Bad service, bad company
Better snacks options for a 3.25 hour flight . There was only 1 choice - a fruit granola bar .
I liked the airport and aircraft crew. I disliked the fact that I and TSA pre check approved but this airline is not affiliated to the program. I was 4 hours befor departure and I barely made it to the gate. The airline does not allow to buy extra luggage online. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in my luggage I had to do another line to pay my luggage with another hour of waiting. Only one airline person to process payment. This is ridiculous and I saw so many elderly people struggling in line waiting long hours.

Solo diré que mi vuelo tuvo 5 horas y media de atraso. Jamás explicaron el motivo y se tomaban el tiempo del mundo para anunciar su siguiente retraso. Es más, esperaban a que llegara la hora de la supuesta salida para decir que se retrasaba nuevamente por otra siguiente hora. Implicó que tuvimos que pagar gastos extrae por el alquiler de nuestro auto y cuando le planteamos a customer services se desentendieron totalmente. Nada profesionales novel dios. Tengo tanto que decir en contra de aerolíneas argentinas que prefiero parar acá. Terrible, terrible, terrible
Boarding was efficient and painless. Food was not supplied. It will be good if some chips or biscuits can be provided.
I flew with a baby and the crew at night from Bs As to Atlanta were super helpful!
As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.
The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.
Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)
They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.
Motivated and friendly crew on a somewhat dated but well kept plane. Hd seats in economy may section, so legroom was excellent.

Thank you to the cordial crew and good hydration throughout the flight, food was good too. Carry ons usually weight by themselves so it does reduce option for cold weather clothes that are heavy, so carryon weight is tight.
We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!
the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.
Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.
Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

I really find they have good service but need to serve meals on flights longer than 5 hours. Very cheap of them as I am a large stock holder and find they can afford it. Really like tracking my bag and the updating of flight info etc on my text and emails.
The flight attendant Shannon was not very warm and was more focused on her own preferences for service than the customers in first class.

The policy of charging a fee for checked baggage results in too much carryon bags. I was forced to check my bag at the gate (along with 20 other people). It has . The bag, with my heart medicine in it, made it to Denver but the handwritten bag claim resulted in the bag not being delivered. No confidence in when United might deliver my bag to my hotel. The United online bag tracker system DOES NOT RECOGNIZE the bag claim file number created by United. A complete cluster****.
Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.
Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement
I used to fly aeromexico yvr to sjo c.rica. they charged me extra $450 can when they messed up my flight as stuck in mex city . Their plane broke down 5 hrs delaying flights . I decided next time ,as this time air Canada to c.rica vacation . I rate my trip as excellent overall. I only wish there was an option to pay for meals on booking the trip. 4 or 5 hours long time no food only drinks free. Therefore please give option for a better meal like I'm used to . I am going to flair Canada 100% next trip . Thanks geaciss David Allan of Langley bc . .

Trolley was checked in at the gate… got it after 1.5 hrs. Had to go the desk and they had to look for it.
Rude flight attendant. No complimentary snacks available. Refused a refill of juice. Restrooms dirty.
