Lost cabin pressure and had go back to the originating airport. We were left sitting on the plane for more than 30 minutes with no directions from Southwest on what was going on, other than the app telling us there would be a flight at 12:30 AM. I finally got off and went directly to a SW desk and rebooked for the next day. I understand that malfunctions happen, but SW was totally unprepared to manage the situation and did not serve the passengers. To make matters worse, they took one hour to find my checked bag.
Flight was fine but new boarding policy was a drag Xtra time passenger group And Waiting until entire bridge empties before calling a list preferred... Waste of time
Wish that they would space out the boarding a little. COVID is still around and is real. No entertainment. Miss the peanuts.

The crew at the gate on the Baltimore-to- Albany leg was rude and intimidating, made us feel like a nuisance children ruining their day rather than paying adult customers with children that were anxious about the boarding experience. Would avoid using Southwest again unless it were the only option, especially if traveling with my children.

Seats were worn out but everything else was pretty much flawless.
I like SW’s approach to seating. This flight was about 1/2 hr late. The seats are uncomfortable. The snacks have too many ingredients to be food.
MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. They were 2 hours late departing with no explanation. I missed my connection, was rebooked not in correct seating that I paid for. Over all of was horrible. I now know why I've not flown Delta since 2018
Crew was not helpful. Other passengers in first class were over served blatantly over intoxicated.
We just spent $6000 on our first trip since pre COVID and we were stranded on the runway of our departing airport for 2 hours and 15 minutes while our layover was only an hour and a half. We were told by the pilot we were next for de-icing and then got bumped by 3 other planes. Pilot went on to say they only had one guy working the de-icing where they usually have at least 2. In Rochester. In the heart of winter. Someone missed a step and should be fired. I'm not done.
Everything would be much better if Kayak stopped nosing into my business with Delta.

Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.

My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.

It was good. Flights were all on time to start and landed early. Connections were easy.
The agents at the gate were rude. The stwards were pleasant. The seats were comfortable. The tray table had crumbs on it. A passenger talked constantlt and very loudly for the entire flight annoying many passengers. The stewards did not ask her to speak in a lower voice but my travel partner did.

I had purchased a ticket that allowed one check bag yet I was still charged for my bag! the lady at the ticket counter was rude and condescending.
Literally the worst experience ever and I had my service dog with me. Flight was supposed to leave at 1:51 PM but the plane arrived late. They boarded us around 3 PM and kept us on the plane for an hour saying that due to weather conditions in Miami, we could not takeoff yet. After waiting for an hour, they deplaned. And then they will not give us our bags back that we could just leave and schedule for another flight. Every hour they kept updating saying we have to wait another hour without any explanation as to what was going on. Eventually, I went to customer service to change my ticket, but by the time I made it to the front of the line, they started boarding my flight again. And then when we got onto the flight, they said there were two flight attendants That were past their shift. They kept us on the plane for about another 40 minutes until they told us they had no other flight attendance and had to deplane again. Then I gave us hotel vouchers and told us we would be on a flight at 6 AM the next day. At this point it is about 9 PM. I get to the hotel with my dog, who hasn’t been able to go potty for about eight hours. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a text alert saying my flight has been canceled at 6 AM and they moved past to 5 AM, however the hotel shuttle doesn’t leave early enough to make it to the airport for 5 AM flight. So me and some other passengers got a cab after about three hours of sleep to get back to the airport. This was the worst experience ever.
Cancelled my flight last minute and had to end up driving to Texas from Atlanta last minute. I’m going to miss another day of work, drive back to Atlanta , in my own car and spirit doesn’t want to refund the money. First time I tried flying anyone else but delta and I get ripped off . And I had. To pay for seats for a flight that didn’t happen. Usually you could say you get what you pay for but in this case, didn’t get anything and paid for everything never flying spirit again, or even attempting it or thinking about it.

Was not able to board the flight due to a horrible policy that I needed to be at the gate 1 hour before departure. I lost money on this and the connecting flight due to having to book on another airline. I was flying to Florida for my mother's cancer surgery in the afternoon.
I was charged $99 for a carryon on the 4th out of 4 flights only. It was placed under the seat just like the other times. Ridiculous.
Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.
Bad, my flight was delayed several hours. I was suppose to leave at 6:25pm, did not end up leaving till almost 11:00pm.
It was miserable! A week after we booked a non stop round trip ticket Atl-LasVegas, we were told that our non stop return flight from Las Vegas to Atl had been changed to a one stop flight through Fort Lauderdale, without any reason or explanation. When we got to the Las Vegas airport to catch our now 1:16pm flight to Fort Lauderdale, the flight was delayed until 5:30pm, which made our connexion at Fort Lauderdale impossible to catch. When we got to Fort Lauderdale, we ran to the gate where our flight to Atl was, hoping to catch it, even though we only had 7 minutes before take off time. To our dismay, we get there and see a large amount of people complaining in front of the gate because the flight had been delayed due to lack of personnel! We then had to wait another couple of hours to finally take off from Fort Lauderdale. We got to Atl at 5:30 in the morning instead of 11:30. In the meantime, my luggage was also lost, so I had to wait until the next day to get my suitcase back. My husband also lost a day at work because of the delay. We will NEVER fly Spirit again!!
We got back to Atlanta in two hours. Was able to get to work just 30 minutes later than I thought.
I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

First time flying with Frontier . From buying tickets ,getting boarding pass and boarding plane was super easy. Definitely would fly again with Frontier .
Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.
They lost my baggage on my connection flight, it’s been 24 hours since I put my claim in and still no update on my bags.

The flight was delayed 1 hour. The Seats are the worst most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. I have folding chairs in my Garage that are more comfortable.
