Office seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There were two other customers ahead of me and I waited nearly 20 minutes to be waited on while the agents chatted with customers. Drop off was very smooth, but pick up was agonizingly tedious.. Also, I was not aware of that. I had to go offsite out of the airport to pick up the car. I had been a Budget customer previously, and intend to go back to Budget next time.

Pick up was difficult, my credit cards had been hacked. I destroyed them, the clerk gave me a hard time because of this. I explained to her that it would not be an issue and would gladly call my credit card company. She ran the new card and Surprise there was no problem. They did give me an upgrade which was very nice. No need for the drama.

Kept me waiting for 1 hr and tried to pawn a lesser car than I purchased. Poor experience. Very expensive to deal with these issues.

Pick up was quick and easy. Drop off was an issue. I took a photo of the mileage and fuel gauge to show but was just asked for the keys. I was billed for not fueling the truck. Ended up having to call customer service due to being incorrectly charged for not filling the truck

1,We had booked convertible car and last minute they call to say they don’t have it. In fact, they had us call another Avis (at the airport) because they said they would have it. We called that Avis. They said they "never" get convertible cars. So we had to go back to the other Avis, which is when they offered up this Suburban. 2. Our first car drop was in town and when they change the car the return was in airport and I had to pay taxi to take me back to town 3. the car was dirty and not a full tank of gas 4. the car had so many damages that basically range from side damage and effects on the cars function, like cruise control and distance function were broken which was pretty dangerous for the highway 5. Car had almost 50k on it and very risky to drive - the drop off location said this car should NEVER had been rented to us for the distance we rented it to drive (from Colorado Springs to Amarillo). We will also be calling Avis to complain about this and have photos which show all the above mentioned issues. I will not be trusting or renting from them again.

I love the fact that when you asked for an SUV you got what you asked for. Their employees were very pleasant enjoyed every one of them. I'm definitely going to Avis often.

What a great experience. Our flight was 3 hours late, so I called ahead to say we would be arriving shortly after closing hours and ask for assistance. The Budget counter stayed open for us and for others on the same plane. We sat next to a woman on the plane who had called a different rental agency and been told no, if she didn't arrive on time, no car. We will be using Budget for all rentals from now on.

THe woman who checked me in was great (at the counter in the Colorado Springs airport). Offered me an upgrade and explained insurance. She was great! I got to the car and half the drivers seat was busted on the side. I drove to the kiosk in the parking lot and that woman was RUDE AS H*LL. I asked where i can have it documented about the seat so i didn't get blamed for it. She told me to take a picture. I questioned the validity of that response and she acted like I was dumb saying, "It date/time stamped". I asked her to document in my reservation, she declined. I asked for a business card she said she had none. I asked her name and for a pc of paper and pen. She told me her name but didn't come forward with the pen/paper. I saw a yellow sticky note right inside the window so grabbed it and wrote her name down with MY pen from my purse. THat woman NEEDS TO GO! I would have thought she would have asked if i want a different car - no offer made...and I wouldn't have taken it, just wanted it documented that the drives seat was coming apart (the plastics). Mind you I had a 17 hr drive ahead of me. I still love ya, Budget - just need to give that woman some customer service training please. Maybe have the check in clerk give the parking lot kiosk woman the training :)

Beware. About a week after our return we received a letter igniting we would be charged $450 because the exterior of the car was too dirty. $450 to wash a car???? We were caught in rain and drove on a dusty gravel road. The Jeep was a 4x4. The interior of the car was returned in spotless condition. There was no damage to the exterior, etc. It was dirty. Beware.

Pros:

The drop off was great and Noah was very helpful,but the original enterprise dealer called two hours before pickup to let us know they had no car for us . This cause great concern considering we needed the car for a memorial service for a decrease relative.

Cons:

If a company has a commitment to provide a service or product they should be held to fulfill that contact and not call two hours prior to pick up staying they don't have become we had asked for. We were extremely dissappointed but mad. They managed to come up with car at a different location but not the one we asked for and asked for two weeks prior to pick up.

Pros:

We thought we were renting from the airport location. My mistake, so we took Uber over to the correct place. We were supposed to have a mid-size SUV but when we got there, there was only a Camry and a compact SUV (Ford Escape, I think). We had 5 adults and luggage for skiing, so these were not an option. The staff there was very accommodating and did find a van that was finishing up a repair at a body shop. One of the employees took us to get food during the 45 minutes or so that we waited, so that was nice. I'm not sure the tires on the van were Colorado traction legal. We were traveling from Colorado Springs to Breckenridge. I saw a digital highway sign that Traction Law was in effect, but was not sure what that meant until someone explained later. Made it over the pass near Alma Ok but later that night had to get a push in Breck. Since the law was in effect , the van was required to be 4WD (which it wasn't) or have snow tires, which I don't think it did.

Cons:

Getting the right vehicle.

Pros:

The staff upon pick up was super polite and friendly, greeted me by name when I walked in (which surprised me, but we were the only pick up at that time), and got us all checked in and the car inspected very quickly. And, he'd even found another discount, bringing our price below what we'd expected. When dropping off, the staff was also very friendly, the transaction was very efficient and I was on my way much more quickly than I would have expected. And, our price was even lower than what the discounted quote had been when we picked it up.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything to make this experience better; I will most certainly return to this facility for any car rentals I need in the future and will definitely recommend it to anyone I can. Thank you!
