The Hallmark Hotel Chester the Queen is located in Chester, England right across from Chester Station. The hotel opened in 1860 and offers Victorian-style rooms. The hotel is seven miles from Cheshire Oaks and four miles from Chester Zoo. This 4-star historic hotel is three miles from Chester Airport and 10 miles from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Many of the rooms are royal-themed with colors that range from emerald to gold which features Italian bathroom fixtures. The King’s Grill is the on-site restaurant that serves food made with fresh seasonal ingredients. The menu is modern British fare and has been awarded two AA rosettes. Many other restaurants are in the area such as the Shanghai Restaurant, Pierogi, Istanbul BBQ, and Chai Station Vegetarian Indian.
