Excellent location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Staff were great- early check in and late checkout made our stay hassle free
A bit noisy. Even other guests speaking in normal tone could be heard in the hallway. My second stay and very satisfactory. The combination of reasonable price and great location makes this my go-to hotel when in Chicago. Staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Nice pool and hot tub. Onsite restaurant was very convenient when we wanted a good meal without venturing too far.
It was very clean and also quiet.
Parking is expensive, but that is due to the location. All parking in that area is the same price.Great location, very clean, bed was comfortable. Quieter than I thought for that location.
Location and price and great restaurants nearby
The pushy valet boys yelling ( we self parked)they catered to the taxis . Iv
It's location, in downtown, within walking distance to landmarks and shopping. It was nice, quiet, comfortable, and the service was great.
The hotel offered a room upgrade and free breakfast as compensation when my room was not ready when I checked in.The staff was very pleasant especially the young lady behind the check in counter. The staff made my stay very enjoyable.
The staff was awesome to deal with and so helpful with area information. I'm sure they got asked some of the questions we asked 50 times a day but they were patient, thorough and enthusiastic in helping us nonetheless!
There is not parking access directly into the lobby from the parking garage operated by standard Parking company but this is best for safety of the guest. It was of little inconvenience since there is only a short walk from the parking elevator to lobby.I know that it is not typically allowed to use names of staff so I will not but one particular staff member with initials B.E. was awesome and was a huge help with pre-arrival recommendations on parking and getting around Chicago safely and easily. It can be very frustrating to be busy with day-to-day activities while answering questions on the phone but this individual excelled at doing so. When we arrived at the hotel and came downstairs the next morning we stopped by the front...
The staff went above and beyond to help us get around town. They were knowledgeable about everything.
The air conditioning unit was very loud. It kicked on and off all night and woke me up several times.
The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They were quick to answer questions and gave good suggestions for things to do/places to eat/etc.
The room was outdated and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Also, I believe I left something in my hotel room. I left two messages for the Maintenance Manager who NEVER returned my call. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the location is great with a lot of things nearby. The room itself was outdated. You could tell the bathroom had not had a thorough cleaning. I had to run the shower for a few minutes to get the dirt/etc from the tub. My biggest complaint is that I believe I left something behind in the hotel room. I called the next day and was transferred to the voicemail of the Maintenance Manager since she was already gone for the day. A few days go by. No response. I leave another message asking for a simple 'yes' or 'no' if they found anything -- a week goes by. No...
Location, service, room accomodations
Expensive parking but that is to be expected in downtown Chicago.
Location, clean, friendly
Pool was small, hot tub was being cleaned.
