junior duite is definitively not a suite but 2 small rooms and one has a camp bed. bathroom is very old and durty so are pillow and blanket. Than looby carpet is really old, and durty. and finally if you need the elevator on the moning you may wait for 20 min to get the change to see the unique elevator full
The vicinity to town
Too high cost for this kind of hotel. Accomodations (double beds separating), very uncomfortable. Room too hot, could not adjust temperature, very uncomfortable. Parking fee is rediculous, that is taken advantage of the customer. Noisy room.
We stayed at the hotel during a trip to watch rugby. It is well situated for walking into the town centre and catching a tram to Stade Marcel Michelin.
On arrival we had a problem with our room but this was sorted out promptly, professionally and to our utmost satidfaction. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, The location was close to the city and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was good as was La Table de Thierry in the old town..
There are 2 type of executive rooms and this should be pointed out to guests on booking.
Excellent location. Reception staff very polite and helpful and spoke both English & French. Handy to restaurants, transport and only short pleasant walk to the tourist old city and Place de Jaude.
Found the aircon temperature set a little high and was not able to adjust it down (not a major concern and as we were only there 1 night, did not bother to raise this with the Hotel staff).
It was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful.
The cost of the breakfast was ridiculously high. It was not a good value. I also feel that during the period we were there, all the hotel prices in the city were inflated somewhat.
The staff were very friendly and the partner restaurant good.
The underground car park was a bit of nightmare going between the two floors as the ramp was very narrow on the bend and is very tight for a mid range saloon (which was brand new and so we didn't want to scratch it!!)
Didn't clean up a spill on the carpet after the first night
Staff had very good english and it really helped me as i didnt have any french.
The buffet breakfast was very expencive at 12 euro per person
Good location, in a nice town, in a spectacular region.
A pity there was no bar.
