Felt a little dated, a little like cigarette smoke
Being near my job
Loud and smelled someone smoking and coming through the room.Night we came in we had to pay twice as the hotel said priceline didnt charge us for the room. So one night cost us almost XXX. They rip you off at this hotel.
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
The hotel was pretty booked, and our initial room was a handicap accessible room (we did not need or request). This was fine except that it was right next to the kitchen. We heard banging through the wall at 6 am, after arriving close to 3:30 am.Our initial room was difficult to sleep in, but the staff was very nice and let us switch rooms the next morning. The second room was very nice and easy to sleep in.
Location. There isn't much to do around this hotel.
Location. There isn't much around it and what is arou s it is kind of sketchy.Overall a great hotel. Location isn't great. There isn't much around it and what is around it is sketchy.
Rooms didn't have any bad smells, they were clean but didn't stink of bleach.
Location was good and close to highway, only thing I didn't like was the pending charge on my credit card for a week after I left the hotel.
Their customer service is always so friendly and personable
NothingI would give this hotel a 10/10 rating.
The pool area and hot tub were very clean and well kept.
The trains that go by all day long and all night long are very loud.I recieved a phone call at 10am manager stating that my son and I must move rooms because the person under us is a priority club memember and us walking around in our room is disterbing him. I told her it was just my son and I in the room getting ready for the day and having to move would be very inconvienient. She insited that I was the one who had to move. She never offered to help me. Then I was given a handicapped room with no bath tub. I have a 3 year old who only takes baths. When I asked for a different room I they were less than friendly, as I am walking to the next room I realize they have put us in the dog section I heard many dogs barking! I don't have a dog I had a little boy. So I again asked for a different room and I get put in a smoking room above the laundry. I was treated with disrespect at this hotel. I wo...
