Breakfast was terrible.
What I like the best about the hotel there's kitchen in the rooms!! This made me feel so comfortable. The staff was very friendly too!! I absolutely love this hotel and its pet friendly too I couldn't ask for more!!! Thank you for the best stay!!
No I had an excellent stay
They don't have real breakfast food, swimming pool was ice cold
The best thing I liked about the hotel was the location because it was close to somethings that I liked and it was easy to get to.
The first room that I checked into (room 106) had ants all over the place and I had to wear some of the new items that I bought, went out to ross(near the hotel) and bought new underwear.Moved to another room where the toilet did not work all night
very modern, Roomy, clean, nice location, amenities on point.
The bed could've been better, the ice machine was broken, I had to go out for ice, towels too rough. Couldn't control ac, it was on blast.
Very helpful staff. Very eager to solve issues. Up to date hotel.
Spider in my bed, broken drawer on dresser. No late night or early morning front desk staff.
The room was very nice and clean.
The breakfast was just apples, granola bars, coffee, and oatmeal. That was terrible cause everyone doesn't drink coffee. They should have orange juice or cranberry juice. And there should be an actual breakfast.
The staff is always great. The rooms are very comfortable.
The location was convenient for us. The staff was friendly
The room we got was too small in my opinion for three People. (We had a room with one bed and a sleeper sofa.) We were Two adults and one child. The toilets would not flush properly and at one time we had to ask for a plunger to force the draining.
Clean, friendly service did I mention clean
Nope loved it
its cozy and clean
I arrived in the middle of an ice storm and two days later the sidewalks still weren't shoveled and no ice melter was applied. People were slipping everywhere.
Size of the room was great.
The smell of smoke. It's a non- smoking hotel but as I pulled into park I see a man sitting in the hall window smoking a cigarette. As I put the key in my room door, I'm convinced I have the wrong room because I smell cigarettes coming from inside.
awesome hotel -2 star rating is kinda unfair
best extended stay till date for me
Breakfast was to be included for this stay. The extent of the breakfast was an apple to go. I had planned on expecting breakfast, even if it were doughnuts. I was unsatisfied with this aspect.
the agent at the front desk was very kind & helpful.
Location, price, cleanliness and comfort.
No coffee maker, musty smell in hall ways, A receptionist , who couldn't give me A discount for the last night, even though I had booked it for 3 consecutive previous nights. I ended up booking online for $10 less ,.my initial room was $ ---.Everyone elsv
The price seemed sufficient for what it offered.
There was an odor of cigarettes no matter where you went. I was at the end of a hall next to an exit and a person or persons tried to get into my room several times. If I hadn't used the metal latch, they would have succeeded. I got no sleep as a result.
Great location in Columbia MD near to restaurants etc
There were no cups - not even a single cup for drinking water...When I called the Frontdesk to send me some cups, plates and a few utensils - as the note in the room says, 'to be delivered to the room', I was told that I have to get it myself. Not good!
The room was small and the lay out was tight. The staff was not very friendly.
size of room
Two rooms next to us kept there doors open till after 11 pm and it sounded like a zoo half the night.I had to get up early for surgery and that was terrible. The bed ,in room312 makes a popping noise when you roll over. It keeps you awake.
The location is good for me, and has shopping right around the corner. It is close to major highways and byways and has plenty of parking
EVERY ROOM I have been in has something that doesn't work right, and I have stayed here a lot. It seems that bathtub spouts fly off when you pull the shower faucet knob, toilets back up for no reason, stove tops don't work, chairs don't work
it was a good experience I would stay again
I thought I was getting a double bed room
This hotel has the potential to be the best thing going, a suite with a kitchen work/study area, bed and bath is a home away from home atmosphere.
don't plan on getting anything done via the internet. the 'free' service is abysmal at .750 mbps and the paid service is throttled to 3 mbps. but the problem is that the system doesn't give you a portal or password after you pay, and it kicks you off.
the fixtures etc. are of poor quality.....a few guests with pets let their dogs poop at doorway entrance and do not pick it up i didnt step in it but others did.this is unacceptable
Hotel had water damages- damp, fans running everywhere, and were trying to fix. Also had nothing but hot water- so showers were limited to only hot water.
The room was large and the kitchen would have been good if I needed it.
I had to go to the front desk for shampoo, which seemed weird. Also, an extra blanket would have been good -- the main blanket was think. finally, the free breakfast was just some oatmeal snack bars, coffee, and oranges. Add a least some juice and cereal?
The Best part of this Hotel was its location. Was only a short drive from our event and not near a busy street.
Noise and service.
The staff was great. The room itself needs updating. The microwave was old. The couch/chair/tv needs updating. I would say it was just ok
For the money the room was worth it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but again for the money it was a good deal. Perfect location with access to Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington.
I have never stayed in a place that had stains on the sofa and chairs......what kind of stains only the Lord knows. The bed, sheets and spreads had holes from cigarette burns. The carpet was dirty as well. The only bright spot was the hotel clerk, but that is not enough to make me want to stay here again.
The room was clean. The * wireless worked reliably. It was a little hard to find without consulting a map - so do that first.
Room small but well-designed. OK for 1-2 people. No room service (for 4-night stay) keeps cost down, but front desk (for service) often not manned. Poor breakfast selection, very rudimentary fitness facility, outdoor pool.
No room service unless a guest stays a full week is ludicrous. I don't need fresh towels every day, but it's unwarranted to have to go to the front desk for toilet paper or soap.
