Hilton Anatole is situated just north of downtown Dallas. The hotel covers 45 acres and is in the beautiful Design District. Here, visitors are just minutes away from some of the city's best art galleries, museums, and restaurants. Nearby standouts include Trinity Groves, The American Airlines Center, Crow Museum of Asian Art and the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. If guests want to explore the city a bit more, Hilton Anatole is just five minutes from the Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods, each with their own personality and attractions.

On-site, there are plenty of reasons to stay around the hotel. Hilton Anatole's premier attraction is the Jadewaters Resort Pool. This miniature aquatic park features a lazy river, a leisure pool, a kid's splash zone, luxury cabanas for the adults and two 180-foot slides. Inside, there is the Verandah Club and Spa, which offers massages and a sauna experience.

Visitors will eventually get hungry, and while there are plenty of great options in Dallas, Hilton Anatole has some excellent restaurants right on the property. The most popular is SÄ’R, an authentic Dallas steakhouse. The restaurant sits at the top of the hotel and offers a breathtaking view of the city's skyline. The menu is filled with delicious Texas steaks along with pork chops, seafood, and hand-crafted specialty cocktails. Other dining options include Terrace open-air cafe, Media Grill + Bar, Gossip Bar, and Counter Offer, the quick service bakery with sandwiches and other to-go items.

Since Hilton Anatole is located next to the Dallas Design District, the hotel has formed its own art collection with over 1,000 individual pieces available for viewing. For business travelers, the hotel also features 600,000 sq ft of event space and meeting rooms.

10.0 Wonderful
Greatest hotel to stay in Dallas near the city with a waterpark and everything for kids and several restaurants inside the hotel. It's a big hotel with plenty of amenities for the family. For me personally, I spent the days working in Dallas while my wife and son enjoyed the waterpark and pool. If you're not going to stay at the full-on indoor waterpark hotel, this is the best place to stay while you're in Dallas. I've stayed here three times already since I work out of Dallas and it's always a real pleasure.
N
2.0 Poor
Place is old, outdated, and generally awkward. Staff made mistakes in getting us our room which meant walking back and forth across the huge complex several times - with bags. Paid $300+ a night for poor accommodations which is terrible value. Door to bathroom hit toilet. Things were dirty. Lights didn’t work. No water or mini-bar. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A

Pros:Loved the pools, and facilities. Rooms are nice and clean
Cons:There were a lot of hidden charges and the staff was a little disorganized.

5.1 Fair
Pros:Big facility with things to do.
Cons:Basketball court was closed at 8pm. Rooms were dated
A
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. The parking was very easy, and I was able to park close to the entrance.
Cons:The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.
A
6.0 Okay
Cons:TV kept loosing signal, staff question were not concrete and contradicted each other. The climate control wasn't working. Along with the facilities feeling humid n hot. Very uncomfortable especially with the weather of above 104.
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:The only pluses: nice beds, great sheets and pillows, room was very clean.
Cons:For this room costing me $400/night it was a fairly poor value. The bathroom was so small that I had to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower. No balcony, no sitting room, the plumbing gurgled and rattled every time anyone used it nearby, and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. The hotel is sooooo huge and no signs or directories. People were constantly lost and asking each other for directions everywhere I went (I don't get why they don't have signs in TX, not specific to the hotel alone, very few signs on the roads too). So basically the room was a confort inn with a hilton price tag. Nothing complimentary or included, not worth the money. Stay at the Sheraton across the street.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Everything was excellent..
Cons:Maintenance man knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean AC filter. We had Do Not Disturb sign on the door but he still knocked on the door. Kept knocking few times and woke me up.
A
8.0 Very good
Pros:Hotel is very nice.
Cons:very disappointed at the fact that we had to pay for parking after spending good money to stay overnight. If already paying for a room, should not have to pay extra for parking.
