Pros (+) One elevator of 2 was out most of my stay. There with a large wedding party and we were all going and coming at same time. Very frustrating....
Pros (+) While the room was not super luxurious - for a business trip - it was perfect. Rather a NYC loft feel (hence the name) with modern vibe. I had a nice view of some of the Dallas skyline. I do believe they really are green conscious - with a little recycle bin in the room so I didn't have to feel guilty about water bottles being tossed. Cons (-) Erm - the pool area could have used a little help. I have come to count upon the hotel shampoo & conditioner (never bother to pack my own anymore)- but didn't care for the pre-mixed stuff in the wall dispenser.
