Experience everything the Cape has to offer, all from the comfort of this beachfront resort. Stroll along 365 feet of private beach. Then, play in the oceanfront pool or swim some laps in the heated indoor pool. Soothe any sore muscles with a hot tub session, or practice your spike with a volleyball game. Or, of course, you could sit back and enjoy the sight...

Close to the beach.
Front desk agent upon check-in wasThe room assigned to us was ALOT smaller than what was pictured online AND the room was situated under a hallway with NO natural light coming into the room. We asked to see if we can move to a different room, even if it will cost us more, we didn't care, but front desk agent (older gentleman) seemed confused and/or just didn't care. I booked this room 4 months in advanced, but i guess that doesn't matter one bit! Renovations on one of the building was occurring while we were there, just around the corner of our room. Not a big deal but, come-on the room assigned to us is a total BUST. Also, read the booklet they provide in the room on checkout instructions and 15/25$ additional room service fees apply! Nothing of that was mentioned while checking in! Overall, very disappointing.
Lovely room, nice staff, pool and beach right there.

the service was exceptional. They worked endlessly to help me get into a room as soon as possible.
they could not find my reservation.
Great value. Stayed for one night in June, which is the beginning of high season on the Cape, when many hotels have minimum 2 night stays. I just needed a place to sleep while attending a wedding and this hotel met my minimum requirement.
Everything was dingy and outdated, making the facilities seem unclean, though nothing was actually dirty. The shower was tiny, reminiscent of a stall in a communal bathroom at summer camp. Bed was not particularly comfortable.Overall, this is a great place to stay if all you want is a place to sleep. Not a great place if you want a relaxing environment in which to lounge around and plan to spend a lot of time in the room itself.
