Grouchy staff. Rude.
it was ok, but not as nice as other Quality Inn experiences
There was no fan in the workout room. There was standing clouds of cigarette smoke in the hallway (which came under my door during the night).
Quick check I'm. Friendly staff
Needs updating. Rooms old furnishings old sink had no drain plug towels smelt like old sweat good thing I brought my own
Was left alone to sleep not bothered
Very dated. Needs serious updating. Towels smelt like rusty old
Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful. Like having a microwave and refrigerator.
Fan in bathroom didn't work and also one of lamps.
Night checkin clerk did her best to accommodate. The two star rating was about what overall rating should be.
Known hot water problem, Luke warm at best, at 11p not resolved by morning 8a. Also a comment by one of two day clerks that 'not our fault but techs are working on it'.
Overall, a very nice room and two beds for one person was great.Good breakfast, great money saver. Stayed during track meet and noise wasn't too bad.
Location was hard to find from Drake U., but that may be due to hour.Room price ok but fees way too high. A large fee just for booking?Guess that fuels the D.M. economy.
The room was not clean, the fire alarm battery dying so it kept beeping, the phone in the room didn't work and the frame around the door where it locks was cracked in many different places. The pool needs updated and there was no hot tub.
THe bed was comfy and the room clean.
The hallway, especially stairway, was dirty and smelly. Breakfast was OK, but limited choices. Junk trucks in the parking lot is not a good first impression.
The walls are cracking. The room was very clean, and no strange odors. Good, if you are just passing through.
Room was perfectly fine. Shower was very good.
Bathtub was chipped. Hallway from outside side door and stairs leading up to 2nd floor had worn, slightly dirty carpet. Outside side door was not locked (did not need to swipe key to open door).
I have visited this hotel a few times now, and I always receive a good room and the people are always inviting and helpful.
The only true drawbacks are its proximity to the interstate and the restaurant that is saddled next door. It can make for some noise at night.
