Pros:friendly counter person. Helpful.
Pros:Arrived close to midnight concerned we were too late for rental. Check in in was very easy and no hard sell on insurance, which was awesome! Had reserved a small car, but none left so received a mini van which turned out to be perfect for our short visit. Thank you!
Pros:Staff super friendly got me in and out quick
Cons:The vehicle was an older high mileage vehicle with a few bumps and bruises on it , but did the job.
Pros:We had to drive in some snow and ice around Heavenly Valley ski resort and this little car took it all in stride. No problems getting around.

Pros:I picked up the little rental car (Yaris) from Reno/Lake Tahoe airport and the agents asked if I wanted to pre-pay for my tank of gas. She alerted me to the fact that gas is generally more expensive in CA and NV. Thus, I prepaid for a tank of gas at #3.07/gal. Sure enough, the least expensive gas I found in CA was $3.20/gallon. BRAVA Dollar car rental!!! The car drover beautifully and I saved some money. You can bet I will be looking at your prices when leasing future cars.
Cons:Not applicable. I had a wonderful experience: the car was ready, clean, and easy to drive.
