Pros:Service by representatives was excellent.
Cons:Exterior of car was not very clean. The seats inside were not comfortable.

Pros:Nothing, I was very upset my reservation was not available, sent to the wrong business, received the wrong car and ended up cancelling my reservation. Very upset about the whole experience.
Cons:Due to the reservation screwups, I think an upgrade and a price match for my original reservation should have been made. But it wasn't, and they tried to give me a smaller size vehicle and my daughter is 5"11.
Pros:The car was great; the staff were helpful and friendly. I thought I had rented at the airport, but when that did not work out, Enterprise picked us up at the airport, took us to the right office, and took us back when we returned. One of the staff recommended that we not fill up in Reno, but in Carson City, where prices were a lower.
Cons:I thought I had booked at the airport, but when I called to confirm, I found out that the car was booked at a downtown office. She rebooked me at the airport, but for the next day, and the airport branch was out of cars. However, they picked us up at the airport, and dropped us off at the airport at the end of our trip. Also, Enterprise's approach of giving you a car with 5/8 of a tank of gas ensures that they will get some free gas from you, unless you are very precise about your calculations. A minor extra cost, but a policy that does not endear Enterprise to customers.
Pros:Literally parked the car in line and staff member came over checked the vehicle out; quick and easy.
Pros:Very convienent location, easy in and out, super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:Cost of the daily insurance.
