Cons:Should have been told that if we didn’t fill up the gas the we would pay 9.99 a gallon in San Jose, that is ridiculous, when in Reno the price per gallon was 3.49 per gallon

Pros:I wound up coming late for the car pick up. Agent was helpful and friendly. He actually appeared interested in our trip to Disneyland fro the grandson/sons birthday.

Cons:On the website, the Thrifty Rental car return at the Reno-Tahoe Airport (RNO) is designated as Villanova Way in Reno. This is not correct. The GPS maps suggest south of the airport on National Guard Way. Again incorrect. Finally a competitors employee suggested I find Thrifty inside the parking garage, where indeed after a long drive I found the helpful Thrifty employee. Please solve your address difficulties on website, Google Maps, and airport signage. Mahalo!
Cons:At Reno, you can stand in line at one car rental place and see all the others. Dollar/Thrifty was by far the slowest line. One or two more customer service agents was needed.
Pros:Everything was ready on time. Was asked how many people traveling, and was asked if I would like a bigger suv. When I returned the car, it took 2 minutes and was only charged $221 for the week instead of the quoted $245! Would use again anytime.
