Cons:During the normal pick up experience, the counter rep asked if I wanted to re-fuel option. I said no thanks. She said it was only $2.78/gallon compared to $4.50 at the pump. I said no thanks since I was only driving a few miles. She said I was getting a V6 and would be using a lot of fuel. I said that I didn't want to service. She said ok and checked me out. When I returned my car it was $51 more than expected and when I asked why I was told it was because I had opted for the refuel service. I was able to get it removed but very aggravating that they would try and slip this in. By the way, gas at the pump was $2.55!
Pros:Relatively new vehicle, in like-new condition.

Pros:The car was nice but not want I was looking for.
Cons:I told them I needed a car that would fit two bicycles in it with, so they "upgraded" me to a bigger car that really wasn't a better bigger car to begin with. Also, they were not clear about the pricing and gas fill up. When I got the car, the guy told me to make sure I return the car empty to get it as empty as possible - only to be stuck with an insane charge for gas once I returned the car. I felt lied to, and was not told that by leaving the car empty I was actually going to be charged more. It felt like I was taken advantage of and will never rent again with them. I prefer a place that is honest and will actually be straight with what you are getting and what the policy includes!
Pros:The car was comfortable and clean
Cons:I did not like the fact that this car has limitations set on it. The car had a governor (iKey) that did not allow it to go over 80 miles per hour at any time. It would beep every 5 seconds once you hit 60 and you could not turn the radio up past a certain volume. Basically, this car was set up for a teenager to be driving it. While driving on the highway in LAX , we came into several situations where this speed limitation could have caused a serious accident. We did not have the ability to speed up to move out of the way of an oncoming tracker trailer truck and were instead forced to slam on the breaks and take the risk that the car behind us would hit us (which they almost did). On top of all of this, we were NEVER advised when picking up the vehicle that this was programmed in the car. We put over 2000 miles on this car for a trip through California and cannot tell you how frustrating it was to have to deal with the constant beeping noise that the car made "warning" you that you are going 65 miles an hour. I can assure you we would have rented with someone else had we known that teenager limitations where being placed on a car we were renting.
