Pros:Nothing. My car broke down about 15 minutes after getting in it. I was stuck on the 405 for over an hour. It was very dangerous.Cons:Check the fluids on the car. Cons:1) The pick up line was over an hour long. 2) When I tell the agent "I dont want to pay for anything I dont have to pay for" and he in fact charges me over$100 in unnecessary insurance, I get pissed off. 3) When I call dollar rental and get an auto message telling me their hours and I am calling well within those hours, I get pissed. 4) The car I had shook when driving over 60mphReviewed May 12 2021

Pros:didnt like anything about it. overbooked so I wasted my time looking for the location, then going to find out that there wasnt any availability and nothing was offered as an alternative. Pros:The actual people I dealt with in person were very nice and helpful. The car was very nice and clean.Cons:The customer service is the worst thing I've ever experienced. We broke down at 9:30pm one night and were on the phone with their ‘emergency’ roadside assistance for over 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone.
