Rooms were nice and clean
Exercise room to snall
Nothing at this facility. Cannot believe this unit was part of Hampton chain. Absolutely awful experience.
Booked into wrong room. Room smelled like an opium den, burn marks on carpet, given can of Tabriz and told to deal with it. Hard to communicate with night clerk with her kids running amuck in lobby. Trash truck came at 3:00 am and slammed dumpster down so hard sounded like a train wreck. An hour later the front of the A/C unit fell off, around 7:30ish maid smashes into door with vaccum then they start hollering at each other down the hall. Went to breakfast to find the chafing dish used for eggs was filthy. The internal hinge was impacted with old food. I nearly threw up. Went to leave and an employee was using all three carts to hold his work items. I travel a lot for business and I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in 10 years and this includes some real rat traps. I have stayed at dozens of Hampton Ins all over and never dreamed they would allow anything like this. Shameful.
