Spacious rooms and vaulted ceilings. Extremely comfortable beds and wonderful views of the city.
Sloppy paint job in the room. The shower drain was clogged and the shower floor was very slick and dangerous. Easy fixes though to bring the room up to speed.
Absolutely everything. I had always wanted to stay at the hotel and t lived up to all of my expectations
The only thing I would change would have been to have a bigger bed in our room. Kingsize just wasn't big enough!!
Delightful! We hope to return to Edinburgh one day, and when we do, we will stay at the Caledonian.
Couldja make it stop raining?
Everything was great except bed was very uncomfortable
The room was quiet and had a lovely view of Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful and the standard of cleanliness excellent. The leisure facilities were of a high standard also.
The price of breakfast seemed high even for the standard of hotel.
It was in reform so the outdoor appearance was not nice. I would have liked that in the website they had mentioned it.
