Room was big and spacious.
The tub was broken so hard to use the whirlpool.
The customer service was excellent and breakfast was a full meal very tasty and filling, also the indoor pool and hot tub stay open until 10 pm

The staff was helpful and even apologetic and responsive to deficiencies of hotel, but the hotel needs some serious renovation. I requested a new room due to a fungus odor coming from the A/C, but the new room was only marginally better. Bed bugs :-(

The King Suite with separate living area was smaller than most Fairfield Inns. Also I chose the highest level of room and yet it still did not have a jacuzzi tub so even when I agreed to pay more neither priceline nor the hotel would do it.
Clean, comfortable, service was great. Hotel is a couple miles from the Metuchen NJTransit station and an easy ride in to NYC, so much cheaper than staying in the city. Continental breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. on the weekend and really should extend later than that. Otherwise, I highly recommend this location.
My family and I came here for a family reunion and stayed in this hotel, it was an excellent experience, the rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommended!
One word -- BEDBUGS!!! We had two rooms - one for my husband and I and one for our two children. Our room was fine, but my daughter was bitten by bed bugs 5 times and my son twice. The bed bugs followed us home and we're still trying to get rid of them 2 months and $3,000 later. The Marriott denies any responsibility even though I offered to show them the exterminator bills. When I asked for our money back, the hotel manager accused me of extortion. Nice, huh? Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
Terrible experience... :-(( \n \n \n1. The front desk people and manager are rude. \n2. The breakfast is the worst. NO hot food, NO fresh fruit. \n3. Towel has bad smell. It was like never washed before! \n4. Pool is dirty. can not be used at all. don't go to the fitness room. the treadmill is defective. you will be hurt if you use it. \n5. Bad and old air conditioner. Extremely LOUD voice. You will not fall asleep with air conditioner on. \n
check in was awful they really need to replace the whole staff including the manager, Zia was his name, he would not talk to me about all of the problems i experienced. I mean isnt that what he is for!
