Great pool. Great beds & pillows too. Great location.
No continental breakfast
The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room suited our needs. It was quiet, but then again, it was a mid-week stay so I don't know if it's always quiet for sleeping.
It had laundry machines that were a bit overprice. $4 to wash and dry one load seems a bit much. Should be a change machine in the laundry room since the machines only accepted quarters. Who normally has 16 quarters in their wallet/purse?We stayed on a Wednesday night, arriving very late and checking out at the last minute as well. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. No pets at this hotel (except service animals) and that was why we chose them! We didn't want to be woken up by someone's barking Fido, which often happens at 'pet-friendly' hotels. We also loved that the entire hotel is non-smoking, although we did find that the outside main entrance unfortunately was very smoky and we didn't enjoy bringing our kids in through that. Inside was good though, an...
The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing food. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.
NoThe beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, even had a fridge in it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Great place to stay.
Good brand.. Rooms were good and spacious. Room service was nice and fast.
I thought complimentary breakfast should have been there considering as a 3 star hotel.
At first hand they assigned me an inappropriated room, but at the end. of the day I was changed to another room.
Newly refurbished with attractive design and color choices. Very comfortable bed.I would definitely return to this hotel. It's 37 miles from downtown Chicago with easy access to the tollway. The attached restaurant (Bennigan's) had good food and drinks and we didn't have to drive.
The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Nice room, nice bar/resturant
noRooms excellent condition, large rooms, clean restrooms excellent service.
Newly renovated, very clean
Looooooooong walk from the elevator to the low numbered rooms. Elevator is not in the middle.Newly renovated - nice flat screen tv, very comfy bed, clean carpeting etc. AC didn't get very cold first night so we called front desk and within 3 minutes maintenance was there to replace the unit - problem solved. Plusses: Bennigans downstairs in the hotel. Clean and fresh everything - all renovated. High bathroom counters. Negatives: We had asked for a room furthest from elevators, and we got room 200. A serious walk from the elevators! More info: Even rooms (at least low numbered rooms) overlook the AC units for the building. Not a pretty view, but that's not why we were there. If you want a better view, ask for an odd numbered room. Ice machines are closer to the elevators - the lower the room number, the further away from both you will be. Bathtubs have almost no space around them for placing items (...
What did I like best about this hotel? I LOVED using the Priceline app for the first time after the lady at the front desk told me her lowest rate was xxx. I told her I was wanting to spend around xxx 'Sorry'. I pulled out the app and booked
