I liked the price and I liked the staff. Parking was good, and the coffee was only slightly below average.
The hotel itself had a sour smell to it. The breakfast was less than expected, even for the price. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the bed smelled bad, the very least of my concern but still a factor that the tv was very outdated! You get what you pay for is never more true than when staying at this hotel. I got it for cheap so my expectations were low, if it not for the dirty floors and the sour smell of the room and bed and the extremely outdated tv it would have exceeded my expectations. However, it did meet my expectations slightly. I rate it 4 out of 10
Hotel was located inbetween to of my destinations. I was able to get a good price for the room at time of booking.
A little hard to find at first, the room felt older even they advertise a recent remodel and the bed was hard. The staff both checking in and out was pleasant and helpful. I only stayed one night before I flew out the next morning. It was easy to get to the airport using backroads so I did not have to pay tolls or be in commute traffic. I feel the rate was fair for the room.
The continental breakfast and dining area were both better than we had expected them to be.
The staff was very helpful. Location is around 40 mins from the city, but there is a Metra station by 10 mins drive where we could park our car for only 1.50 bucks all day. The room is also clean.
Very disappointed. Expected a bit quality from Days Inn.Less than expected. Barely basic comfort. One star quality.
Free WIFI and the TV channel selection
Table and chairs right below the metal coat rack. When I stood up, I cracked my head real hard and still have a knot on the top of it. Tile in the bathroom was the ugliest tile I have ever seen.Nothing that stands out that would make this hotel better than others
TV channel selection. Coffee brewed all day
Chairs sit too low to table in rooms. Old and heavy TV's not on swivel base and have to manually turn to face table and chairs.Nothing special that makes this hotel stand out from others.
The most affordable value I could find, which was what I was looking for. The room were very clean and tidy.
The walls were paper thin and there was sketchy couple in the neighboring room and I had to turn on the TV or music to try and block out hearing their explicit language and noises, which made the overall experience much worse than it would have been. The hotel was fine overall. Biggest plus was the cleanliness and cheap price. My first night was flawed by thin walls and a sketchy couple next door. My second night was fine. The location was not as close to the airport as I would have liked.
Clean, well appointed for the price.
Terrible desk service! Must be understaffed. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for checking in and out. No one was there! Just a sign saying that attendant was helping others. Disgusting!good facility...poor service.
I was shocked at how clean the room smelled. The halls are THICK with smoke smell so I was anxious about the room but it was extremely clean. I am highly allergic to smoke and it passed even my standards.
The internet was pretty slow.It was very much what you would expect for the price and location. Nothing super fancy but it works. The fact that the room was clean and free of smoke was a HUGE deal to me.
