The bed Terribles
Breakfast room is too small and they ran out of food, we were there 2hours before breakfast was due to finish
Clean and the AC was very good. The fridge was big and worked good.
Minimal parking. One staff member was slow, unresponsive, and not courteous. Hard bed. Pillows sucked. Linens were bad.
The hotel was almost empty and they put me on the 3rd floor and they do not have an elevator. Everything is located on the 1st floor (ice, breakfast, etc.) and with only 10 cars in the parking lot we could have all been on the 1st floor.
It was easy access of the freeway and close to restaurants.
For being in Elko, NV, we didn't think this hotel was a very good value for the price. We were surprised to find this hotel, that we paid a fair price for, would only have one queen size bed, an old television & a very small room, we were disappointed!
The corridor smells like hell
Had eveything I needed for a one night stay
Staff at desk wasn't plesant at all.
Location is good.
Staff is not very friendly. The breakfast is not good.
It was reasonably priced, clean, well kept, and had continental breakfast.
Since we stayed two nights I thought the maid would replenish in room coffee and soap but she didn't.
Breakfast area was too small for the crowd of guests.
Easy to find.
Breakfast area was very small and ran out of food.
Nice location surrounded by the mountains and the shops.
That they remembered our anniversary and had a bottle of cold champagne waiting for us.
Breakfast. One bagel (old) and we were the first ones to have breakfast. Not alot of options for breakfast. Fresh fruit a couple of apples. Breakfast was bad.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very good also. We asked for a non smoking room and it was very adequate.
The biscuits and gravy for breakfast. They worked with us so we could have a ground floor room, since I don't walk well and use a motorized cart.
no wheelchair ramp at the door at the end of the hall.
TV very poor quality They put us in a Handycap room We wouldn't recommend it. Carpets need replaced!
clean, comfortable place to stay after long day of traveling.
couldn't find an elevator
assigned 3rd floor room--3 story walk up with exterior stair--no interior security entry, no elevator. after climbing 3 stories of stairs at opposite end of building and cardkey did not work--had to return to other end of the hotel to obtain new cardkey.
Internet connection was intermittent, slow and essentially unusable. The hotel itself is a bit run down, with rooms no nice than a standard (one star) economy motel. I was assigned a smoking room without having been asked.
It had Fox News.
The bed was terrible.
Great location, nice staff
The room needs updated, but it has all the amenities expected
Friendly, efficient service.
No elevator and three floors so difficult with lots of luggage or elderly.
This room was disgusting. Compared to the other two star hotel listed in the area in no way was it comparable. Smelled of musky stale urine and smoke.
We needed a ground floor unit and they got it for us.
There was a dog accros the hall way that barked all night. Not the motels falt.
Nothing great about this place
Everything was dirty, the staff was indifferent. Cheap though -- so I guess you get what you pay for in this case.
No problems, Great location. Very friendly staff
could have kept the breakfast open till 10 am instead of 9 am
The lobby and the room itself was pleasant. The exterior and parking areas are run down and there was a lot of broken glass and crumbling cement.
A little pricey for what it is.
Reception area very welcoming. Our room was non-smoking surrounded by smoking rooms. The hall smelled very strongly of smoke.
Nice and pleasant staff who were willing to arrange for me a nonsmoking room at check in. .
Rooms were dated but clean for the most part. Wash cloths and towels were nice size. Bathroom was clean. I was pleasantly surprised the room was better than expected.
All in all, the hotel was fine. One of the front desk employees could have smiled more, didn't get her name. The continental breakfast was nice, nothing fancy, but the selection was still good. Was a little noisy the last two nights I was there, doors slamming. The only big thing was no elevator. I had to lug a big suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, but survived it!
The service was slow and it took almost 20 minutes for the staff to assist the person ahead of me in line. A positive aspect of my stay was that the breakfast began at 5 am, and the rooms were fairly clean.
I would definitely stay here again. The room and service was great especially for the price.
The room was okay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. When we mentioned this to hotel staff all we got was a blank stare. We won't be coming back.
clean room. Great price. Beds are firm. Check-in check-out a little awkward computer system dated? Overall positive
