Great customer service, friendly people, quick and smooth rental process. Location is fairly convenient to York rail station. No pick up/ drop off service is offered, so if the weather is poor (or if you have mobility issues) one must get a cab or Uber from the rail station each way.

Awful. The day of pickup they called to tell us they don’t have the car we reserved weeks ago.

Everything went great until it came time to drop the car off in Leesville. The drop off location had one employee working. When I arrived, there were 7 people ahead of me already waiting. She did the best she could, and did it with a smile on her face, but it took nearly 45 minutes for her just to be able to get to me, for a drop off that took less than 10 seconds to do. To staff this place with 1 person, alone, is absolutely absurd and laughable.

Pick up return process was very easy, except for it took almost a week for them to process my return. The car was good, reliable, not that clean when we picked it up, however, and only had not quite a half a tank of gas.

The car was clean and in great condition. Check in took 3 minutes and I was in the car in no time. Cameron and Beau provided great customer service.

Rental car was not available throughout entire stay.

The car was filthy, needed an oil change, so we paid more for gas due to this. The android auto connection would not stay connected due to a faulty or damaged c type charge port. I have photos of the filth we were given as a "clean car" from a place with "high standards" i was made to feel like a dishonest person who was intending on not returning the car and was offered a mere 30 dollars off as restitution. I will never rent from enterprise again. 0/10 stars.
