Got to rental office. They had no cars. All of their rentals had been double booked. They said their computer would never tell people they had no cars for rent. Why on earth would you continue to rent cars that you knew you didn’t have available. Took well over 2.5 hours for a car to come in that I could have. I missed the event I needed to be at. I don’t think I should have to pay a dime for that rental. I am calling Enterprise today to ask for a refund which I expect them to decline because I went through Kayak. I would like someone from Kayak to contact Me and tell me how they are going to make this right. If I dont receive a refund from Kayak or Enterprise by noon today I will call ly credit card company and dispute charges. I can be reached at 303. 475.7284. MY name is Terri. Thank you.

Showed up and there were no cars at the location even though I had a valid reservation. No advanced notice. Called customer service, they rebooked it at another nearby location. I asked if how they knew there’d be a car and the response was, “it’s showing inventory in the system.” I asked them if they could call and double check and customer service said they can’t do that (???). I called the branch after my call with customer service and the vm2nd branch also confirmed there were no cars there.

Their website accepted a one-way rental, but the local office would not honor it. Worse, they wouldn’t come out and say they wouldn’t honor it, they just said “it would be a good 6 hours late.” Then “we really can’t promise” expecting we would give up and then it would be me canceling the reservation, giving up, not them. They did not honor their reservation leaving me high and dry.

shuttle from LIR was very organized, very nice staff. booked a compact 4x4, received a compact 4x4. did pay for the comprehensive insurance but it seemed like they would accept a letter saying you have other coverage. return was super simple, took about 5 minutes, no surprise charges and the shuttle back to the airport was waiting to drop us off at the terminal. There was a slight wait at the counter to get the car because everyone comes out of customs at a similar time but it was really a seamless and painless process overall. All the staff was super nice and welcoming!
