My experience with enterprise was great. The only issue was was that the price that was quoted by KAYAK was not the price that I was charged with enterprise. It was a $38 difference higher. This should be something that you guys look at so that it does not happen because that is not right for the consumer.

Took a while to get served on pickup, had to check the car in the rain, had to wheel my luggage about 100m in the rain. Man who served me was pleasant, diligent and efficient. Drop off was hard as there wasn’t a lot of parking near the place, petrol station to fill up was a fair way away and didn’t have any unleaded, bit of a queue at the office, so I left my keys with the man and he sorted it out later. Car was good, service was good, happy enough to use again.
