Horrible service the front desk girl short with dark hair tripled up chatting with the guy in front of me forever. When I complained she canceled my reservation so I went to budget instead for a better rate and faster service anyway

Deen and the other staff members at Enterprise in Lethbridge were over the top professional and compassionate. They helped us during a very difficult time where we were visiting in relation to a family medical emergency. I can't give them enough credit for the kindness they showed and consideration they extended throughout our stay.. We experienced service that we all wish we could still have but is so hard to find these days. What a professional and kind, compasionate group of people.. They are awesome! And I can't say enough about.
