Cons:Came there and the lady said we have your car away bc you are two hours late on your arrival despite my flight was delayed plus the change in time. They told me that my original car would have costed me $400. I showed them my reservation with Kayak and the price Kayak said it would cost and they said it doesn't include mandatory insurance and all other kind of charges. I left with a much smaller car for $352. I hate to say this but I will not recommend anyone to use you guys for car rental. they told me not to use you guys bc you don't have Local insurance. Bad experience especially traveling with kids and having to pay much more then anticipated.

Pros:I enjoyed the proximity of the store to the airport. About a 2 minute drive
Cons:I did NOT like that my rental was set to cost $8 for the entire week and yet I was charged $8 per day PLUS an unreasonable amount for insurance ($50 per day). Although I am an insured driver and purchased insurance protection in advance, I was told at the store in Mexico that I was required to pay for the insurance or the rental would be voided. I wound up paying $250 for the rental, as opposed to the $8 I was quoted by the website which included taxes, fees and insurance. I will consider another company in the future. Disappointing and misleading!

Cons:Got there to a big surprise - they wanted another 387 USD for a 100 USD rental - apparently, the insurance , which I never heard of in Mexico..... Left without renting

Cons:The rate for the car rental you showed online was not the same rate i paiid once arrival ... I knew i had to cover some extra charges regarding taxes...but the rental price i saw on the web, was not exactly the rental price at the time ii got the car ... i can tell the the price increased in more than 100%

Cons:At the office they added on 'mandatory' mexican insurance at the price of $20usd per day. You can't exactly say no when they took you to the office in a shuttle, no other options.

Cons:The typical bait and switch. We had a price and we get there they doubled the price on us and when we called him out on it - they said you either take it or you have no rental car at that point we had no option but to take it because we were already there with all our luggage

We booked a 7 passenger SUV and when we arrived they only had 5 passenger vehicle reserved for us. That didn’t work as there were 6 of us traveling. The only solution they offered was an alternative vehicle with 7 seats that would be available the next day for double the price, or a refund. Thoroughly disappointed in both Kayak and Enterprise

Pros:Nothing. The Manager of this location which is a Provatly owned franchise is a con man. I am a Platinum Enterprise holder and will literally never rent from this company again!
Cons:The Manager on Tuesday May 14th and 2:00pm/14:00hrs literally tried to charge us double for a rental that was booked and then double checked through my Enterprise Plus Account. My girlfriend was picking up the rental and the gentleman was rude, sexist all all around a liar.
