Everything was perfect. Large and clean rooms, clean and nice bathrooms, good heating, helpful and polite hotel staff, perfect location overlooking the river, excellent buffet breakfast, wireless internet connection in the lobby. Bargain for this price! Definitely recommendable.
Internet only works in the common areas.
Good room overlooking the river, super friendly staff, small children (1 and 3 years old) very welcome. Nice breakfast.
- location....can walk everywhere...beautiful view as soon as u set out of the hotel (ponte vechio)... the cappucino in the morning was very good :)...the rooms were clean and furnished with old furniture...
breakfast was basic....the comforter was a bit un comfy and coarse...the AC wasnt working (but that;s ok as it was nice weather (november))..
beds were very uncomfortable
Excellent picturesque location on the Arno River near the Ponte Vecchio; recently remodeled room. New bathroom fixtures. Helpful staff.
Beds pretty hard, but not impossibly so.
The position of the hotel was wonderful, we had a fantastic view of the ponte Vecchio from our front facing bedroom window.
Because there was a lot of scaffolding at the front of the hotel it didn't look too appealing from outside. One of the receptionists was quite rude and kept reminding us that we should pay our bill before our three nights were up.
The location is simply great. Breakfast and the breakfast room were also were pleasing.
However we are both very thin, the bed was absolutely small for us.
Close to everything - friendly staff - breakfast OK
